I orderd 2 pairs of shoes end of February they took money i got 0ne pair delivered. But the other ones have never turned up. After several emails i got back in french i have now reported them to trading standards. This is a big scam do not buy from them.

Ordered shoes at the beginning of April and my payment confirmation stated that my shoes would be sent within 48hrs. I have sent 3 emails that no one has replied to and my shoes still haven’t turned up. This sight is a scam! I have reported them to my bank and they are investigating. Hopefully I will get my money back. I won’t make be ordering from a website again. Hard lesson to learn.☹️

Ordered trainers 16th April and got notification they were dispatched on 24th but surprise surprise no trainers! I’ve emailed 3 times and got the same poorly worded email! DO NOT buy from this company! Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing but their website looked genuine, lesson learnt!

Like many others my wife ordered some shoes for our grandaughter, suprise suprise nothing came, several email later with reply’s in french that just gave the same old BS. Not to be trusted so trading standards it is.

Ordered shoes on 16 April nothing not even a reply to my emails. I will give them 1 more week then I will contact trading standards.

I posted a review last week (entitled Scam) and threatened to refer this company to trading standards as my wife ordered footwear on 3rd April. Within 48 hours my wife received a message to say the shoes had been “dispatched” ( despite previously being told they were being dispatched on 17th April), and lo and behold they arrived today. I have referred them to the Citizens Advice Customer Services to investigate. I suggest everyone dissatisfied with this company do likewise.

This is the worst people to deal with. I ordered shoes 2 months ago still haven’t received them. I emailed them and got an automated message back. I then phoned the number on the website which was a Belgium number with an automated message in french. No one picks up. I disputed the case with my bank with the fraud department and got my money back. Do not buy from these guys. And try dispute with your bank to reclaim the money you spent. Hope that helps x

No shoes money taken they are scammers so cross I let myself get caught out 😵

I too wished I had read the r reviews, ordered shoes over a month ago, still waiting . Beginning to think I have lost the shoes and money, would have gave them no stars.... Don't touch this company with a barge pole any one

Implication is that the shoes are from London but actually from China. Poor quality.

I order some shoes from this company on April 14th, i normally use PayPal for all online transactions but for some stupid reason I paid this company with my credit card!!! There is no sign of my shoes, all emails are responded to in the same badly written auto reply: Thank you for your feedback
I understand you perfectly.
The technical service is ready to satisfy you in a short time.
Thank you for your patience.

So, I have now responded back to this email saying: NO!!! You do NOT understand!!! But maybe you will understand a fraud squad investigation or the bank taking my money back from you. How is this company still trading??? They are a company of thieves & liars & need to be shut down ASAP!!!! I intend reporting them to my local police station on Monday so that they can pass it on to the international fraud squad to investigate- if you have been had by this company I would urge you to do the same.

Thank you all so much for the reviews - like others have said, wish I'd read beforehand (lesson learnt). Just as lockdown occurred, I bought a red shirt for VE day (isolating/distancing celebrations) - received 'it's been dispatched' plus tracking number which didn't exist. Still no product. Lots of French and then English emails saying nothing really. Interesting that everything seems to cost £29! I am taking it to the Trading Standards and have told the company this. I won't get my money back, but they need to be shut down. The new government strapline of 'Stay Alert' was created for this company, clearly!!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing my shoes. I ordered a pair of red Aline sandals back at the beginning of March, which have just arrived this morning (23rd May). I have emailed to chase them up more times than I care to think about, and I either got no response, or an email in French saying that a technical team person would be in contact.... needless to say I heard nothing. I then sent then an email saying I would report them for fraud to the authorities and amazingly my shoes have now arrived. They are nothing like the picture on the website - they are very, very poor quality, and far too small. They say they are a size 42 on the shoe, but they most definitely are not. I have put them up against other size 42 shoes and they are about 2 inches smaller. I would certainly have not paid £29.90 for them....in fact I wouldn’t even pay £1 for them. This company is a real rip off and I am leaving this review, like all the others on here that I wished I had seen, to stop others experiencing this nightmare. The labels on the packaging are in Chinese, so not only are these shoes not from London, they are also not from Belgium (which is where the phone number on the website is from, but it is unavailable), they are from China or Thailand....

Total scam took money no shoes no contact. Please don't buy from this company!!!! I will reported this company everywhere. Stay safe

I am so annoyed with myself for getting sucked in no trainers and their website still there on google they have gone off facebook they are marie dress now

Ordered trainers 9th April, still not arrived. Sent lots of emails, nothing only french response. Tracking number not recognised. Going to take the matter to the bank and citizen advice.

Well I ordered a pair of shoes on 17/04/2020 and they haven't arrived yet (as of 22/05/20) - I have sent two emails chasing this up and have had 1 unsatisfactory reply and no reply to the 2nd email yet! I hold very little hope reading these reviews and I, too, would advise anyone reading this to order through a more reputable company and pay more. Let's see if and when my shoes turn up - I will update this review accordingly. My shoes turned up yesterday - so unimpressed with them - not like the beautiful pictures on Facebook - they were cheap looking and they didn't even have their name printed on them or anything printed on them for that matter (apart from the size!). Needless to say, i would never use the site again and order any shoes from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to use them unless they like cheap looking shoes. Well someone will get some brand new shoes at the charity shop!
