DO NOT order from this company. I paid for shoes April 14th and have received nothing. Total fraudsters. I will be taking this further

10 weeks later i have repeatedly asked for my money back and still get emails asking to be patient. No chance of a refund just emails full of nothing

Ordered shoes in March. Never received them. Tried to phone them, got a French answering machine. Have seen the same ad on FaceBook with a different company name. Buyers beware !!!!!

One star is too much for this company. They are a con, they take your money and do not deliver the shoes. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and have not received them or a refund despite numerous emails which have been ignored.

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company on the 25th of April. 7 weeks later, no shoes although of course the payment was taken immediately.
I’ve emailed them but apart from an initial standard, badly spelled response, they’re now ignoring my requests for delivery or refund. Awful, dishonest company.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on April 8th., 2020 and despite many emails to date no sign of the shoes and of course my account was debited on April 9th. 2020 for the shoes. A dreadful service and I am out of pocket and nothing to show for it. One star is way too much for this company. This is of course very strange times with Covid 19 and people on possible lock down but one would imagine that the very least one would get is a courtesy email advising as to when the product you ordered would be available to you. So very disappointing and to think this can happen in today's world and without consequences for this company. I can see from other reviews that this is an ongoing problem for many customers. The very least one would expect is that the money is credited back to ones account.

Ordered shoes, taken weeks to deliver, wrong size.Numerous e.mails to them, how do I return goods.Reply in french,will get back to me but don’t.Will always check reviews before buying in future.

Ordered trainers for my granddaughter on 30th March 2020 received nothing, e mailed them they said a shipment was coming on 18th of May. Emailed many times now just ignored. TAKEN MY MONEY THOUGH. DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE

This company is a joke!5 emails to them,2 replies which are automated,no goods which were ordered on 12th April,please avoid purchasing so they can’t scam others!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 17th April & didn’t receive them, surprise, surprise, so I started a chargeback to my credit card. I’m sorry I didn’t read reviews before ordering but it’s a lesson well learned. Did any of you get your cards refunded? I would give a zero review if I could.

I wrote a review back in May as like most everyone on here I fell victim to the same scan. However I was determined to get to the bottom of it so managed to trace them on Facebook Messenger. This I think went through to an actual person because the replies seemed a little more personal. I was promised my shoes within a week. I went back on Messenger and unsurprisingly my messages then failed to send. I since contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback and also reported them to Watchdog, but low and behold towards the end of last week my shoes arrived. Big disappointment, the look and feel was like something that would be sold at a jumble sale. Very flimsy, extremely poorly made and poorly fitting. So even if you do get them they are so not worth the money. Please everyone just report them to the various authorities so we can get them stopped from taking any body else’s well earned money.

i have even sent emails back to them in french same reply. please do not by anything from this company taking the p and scamming people because of covid 19 have to take it up with my credit card company .

Ordered shoes beginning of April. Still not arrived but money taken

I wish they could get no stars, this is a Chinese company designed to scam and ripp off people do not order from their website and don't look for your money back and in future try and use PayPal because when these things happen they will get your money back and the company can be looked in to. I like you had learned the hard way but I'm wiser now. This company doesn't know whats coming.

Do not order from this company. I ordered shoes but they sent wrong size. I have sent several emails asking for the correct size to be dispatched but no response. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them
