Salesman described the optional features and I agreed but I wish I would have saved the money. Otherwise, everything was as promised and the lift has been very helpful. I would do it all over again minus the extra money for options

It has now been 7 days since I called customer service and was told someone from scheduling would call back. NO CALL.

The sales people were very polite and…
The sales people were very polite and not high pressure. Two people came to my home after I made an appointment. A management person from Florida accompanied the salesman. They explained everything in detail. After agreeing to purchase two stair lifts, the sales people quickly set up an installation date.
The installer, Charles, was really talented, and quick to do the work. He fully explained how the stair lifts work, and made me comfortable with the whole process.

Ease of use and safety.
I am so very pleased with my Acorn Stair lift from the installation to the stairlift it's self. I am an 83 year old woman who has had full knee replacement, partial knee replacement, new hip and lower back surgery. The stairs to my bedroom were getting very hard for me to do my new stairlift has made it a pleasure to get upstairs, instead of down in the morning and up at night I can now make the trip when ever I please, several time a day. I would highly recommend them if you need help with stairs. My kids (adults) think it was a great decision.

Get own financing, modify chair lift sitting
The ordering was easy. Acorn does not carry their own financing. One must find their own no interest loan. The installation was as stated. One day for two stair lifts in 5 hours done by one installer. Any mess was completely taken care of by the installer. Sitting on the stair lift was problematic as I cannot bend my knees far enough to allow my feet to be placed comfortably on the foot pad. I altered the way and direction I sit in the chair to be able to use the stair lift. One has to park the chair over the charging spot when not using immediately. I would definitely recommend Acorn stair lift to enable one to stay residing in their two or three storey house.
