Neat, explanations on how to use, friendly installer who was patient with all my questioning and who did a greatj job very neat and useable explaining everything I asked about use and maintenance. I have been. Using it without any problems so far!

Thanks to Acorn Stairlifts for an excellent product and installation experience in the Phoenix area. Sam did a wonderful stairlift installation and product training. Acorn Customer Service is responsive every step of the process, and you even talk to human beings in person and on the phone! It's been a remarkable customer satisfaction experience.

The service technician was friendly and arrived a few minutes before scheduled. He explained what would be done and approximately how long it would take to complete the installation. He explained how to operate the lift and had me do a test run on the lift after it was installed, and left the relevant forms and product information when the job was completed. This was worth the investment.

The people I had to deal with were very nice.

We had a wonderful experience with Acorn Stairlift. Dillon our installer was kind, polite and he paid attention to detail. Dillon was on the run the entire time he was here. Our staircase was difficult! It is in marble and it takes a 180 degree turn. Dillon kept this pace up the entire time…. This staircase was a real challenge!! We bent to the pressure of cutting out the middle man and are now left with a product that does not work for our home. There are multiple family members that need the lift and if they are upstairs they cannot utilize the device because the rail, which sticks quite a way out into the walkway, has to be manually lowered and raised. We have now invested thousands in a stairliftthat does not effectively meet our household needs.

Home review was seamless. Installer Ralph was excellent. Done inside 3 hours, including the operation rundown. It's already in use. Simple and safe.

Our Acorn stairlift stopped working last night. Called Acorn support to have device repaired. They cannot respond until this coming Monday (today is Friday). Here is the issue: my wife is disabled and is now stuck upstairs until Monday. We do have the maintenance contract (approximately $700 per year). We were never told upfront that their technicians do not work weekends. The whole situation is disgusting

The scheduled installation date was was only a few days after the order was placed. Installation was quick and completed in just a few hours. The installer was friendly and final installation meet my expectations.

From the initial in-home consultation to the installation and professional instructions, our Acorn Stairlift representative was nothing short of AMAZING! Mr. Tim Condon was more interested in meeting my family's needs than he was in selling whatever system made him the most commission. He listened intently, advised professionally, and was extremely professional throughout the experience.

Since I already own a Acorn chair lift( bought in 2017) I did not check it out. I should have. The seat is way to low and requires me to place cousins on it to be able to get out. I immediately called and was told it would be the middle of JULY before they could return. I have fallen once trying to get out(called 911) and would like an earlier date if possible.

Took months for anyone to respond to our initial sales request, and much more time to have anyone answer about the permit status. The person we were assigned to actually never replied.
When they scheduled the install, they wanted us to be available the entire day instead of finding out a 2-hour arrival window for the installer. They also told us we had to be available for 5 hours after he showed up. That is lazy and inconsiderate of your customers.
The chair itself works great - the only 5 star part of our experience.

The installation was completed within the time period that was set! The ease of use for my spouse is very important.
