Fantastic sofa, and excellent service, super quick delivery would definitely recommend.

Very happy with our chairs and very happy with the price as they were significantly cheaper than other retailers (30% more expensive in John Lewis!). We did have to wait a few weeks for delivery but there was no hurry for us, and we were happy to wait a little bit longer given the price saving.

I am surprised to see some reviews complaining about a lack of responsiveness. I emailed a couple of times requesting status updates and Samantha called me back on the same day to update me. There had been a delay from her supplier/logistics company (can't remember which), which was outside of her control but she was very apologetic. When the chairs were delivered Samantha sent me a courtesy email just checking they had arrived and that I was happy, which is above and beyond the service I would normally expect (so thank you Sam!).

In short, if you are happy to wait a few weeks then this store has some premium furniture at very good prices.

Samantha has great taste and her store has a collection of unique items. It allowed me to 'curate' pieces that would work well with my new home! The pieces took time to arrive (that was clear upfront) and Samantha ensured that she communicated every step of the way - and to check that the items had arrived safely! The pieces are stunning and fit perfectly! To get this end to end customer service is unique - THANK YOU!!

Chairs look exceptional around the kitchen table. Sturdy and comfortable. Forever chairs. Well worth the investment.
Was going to be a 4 as took a little time to arrive but Sam at accessories for the home was clear, apologetic and owned the delay. Not so common this day and age especially with the non independents. Also Iran war am sure didn’t help… Thank You Sam.

I ordered a shelving unit which was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Coming up to the 3 week mark, I called and spoke to someone to check the status. I was informed that the piece would arrive at the end of the following week. That date passed ​and following several attempts to contact the vendor, they finally responded and provided me with another date. The same thing happened again. So, I contacted them to cancel the order and requested a refund. After numerous follow up emails to confirm the processing of the refund, I eventually received an automated message to inform me the refund has been processed. Over the next two weeks, I checked my credit card, no refund. I emailed the vendor again, no response. I've now initiated a dispute via my credit card company. Very poor service and a complete lack of professionalism. It's just not worth the effort to order from this company. From reading other similar reviews, I assume the business has great cash flow on all of the orders that go unfilled.

I ordered a mirror over a month ago and no delivery or sign of the item. I have emailed twice with no response. I wish I had read this website prior to booking. Hopefully this message will illicit a response?

I placed an order for a Zuiver OMG Chair on 29th March 2026, 5 weeks ago for £171.75. It has not arrived or been dispatched.
I have tried reaching out to the owner by email (3 x times), Instagram Mail, Voicemail to their phone number for an update and have received no response or reply on any of these 5no. occasions.
They are happy to take and process payment but that’s seems to be about it.

UPDATE: I was promised that this would be posted on 5th May. Another week later the courier hasn’t even received it….never mind post it.

I wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order, it’s been a month since I placed my order, no sign of delivery so I asked for a refund, and no sign of a refund. Very poor communication from someone called Sam and repeated emails chasing it up have been ignored. Will not be ordering from them again and will pursue legal action if I need to.

Further to my earlier post, when I cancelled my order on 17 April I received an email that day saying that my refund was being processed. Two weeks later, despite a phone call and email, I have not received a refund. I've asked my credit card provider to chase up payment.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company. We are having to take legal action to recover our money after paying for item that has never been delivered. We have been repeatedly lied too over months of chasing for updates. AVOID!

Leather Narwana Desk chair This chair is worth the money. We spend lots of time sitting at the desk. The chair is extremely comfortable and far better than any previous chairs i have bought. Well made and very sturdy

I'm so disappointed with my experience with Accessories for the Home that it has inspired me to make a Trust Pilot account!

I ordered two mirrors from them as they were cheaper than from other websites.

Two months following the first order, I have not received a delivery update.

Six weeks following the second order, I have not even received an order confirmation.

I emailed the company 3 times. I only received a response to the third email reassuring me it would be looked into the following morning. 4 days later, there was no further update.

I am in the process of cancelling both orders through Paypal.

After over 8 weeks and several phone calls, I gave up and cancelled my order.

I ordered a cabinet over 11 weeks ago on 27th January. After waiting several weeks for a delivery confirmation I contacted Sam and was told the cabinet would arrive at their warehouse in the next week or so. However, a few more weeks passed and still no cabinet despite contacting Sam via email and phone on several occasions. Finally, last week Sam informed me that she was unable to locate the consignment that included my cabinet so I asked for a refund. I was told that the refund had been processed but a week later the refund for £721.65 has still not reached my account. I have since chased the refund three times and still no action. I now have no option but to seek recourse via my credit card company.

I have purchased the kiko hanging frames on a number of occasions. They look great on my picture wall.

Was told I’d receive a refund for a cancelled order back in December. Now in April and the money still hasn’t been returned. Now going through the dispute process with my bank who have to look further into the matter as accessories for the home has disputed the refund, although I have an agreed refund confirmation off them in writing. Communication is terrible as they ignore all emails.

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I felt compelled to leave a review too.

I have ordered from Accessories for the home on multiple occasions and have always received a great service.

Items have been delayed and taken slightly longer than anticipated but they have always arrived safely and exceeded our expectations.

I would not hesitate to order from them again, showing my support for small business.

I ordered two leather bean bags on 31 March 2026. Straight after ordering they emailed and said they do not have it in stock and will only be able to delivered in May.

I replied asking if they asked different colour options in stock however no reply. I then emailed to ask them to cancel my order on the same day and after 10 days they have still not replied or refunded me.

Their phone number says the mailbox is full.

I fear this may be a scam website.

Ordered the shelf unit and side table they are great quality look better than the photos. Fab furniture and service.
