We manufacture in excess of 100,000 combinations of labels at our production facility in Peterborough and have more than 100 label materials to choose from, over 40 colours and finishes, many different types of adhesives, greater than 1,000 standard shapes and sizes of labels. All of which is produced to exacting quality assurance standards. I was looking for barcode labels for an urgent project as my existing supplier was quoting 10-14 days. Abdul was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The barcode labels were cut to my required size and dispatched the same day. I received my order the following day, exactly as ordered. I was very impressed with the quality and service and would highly recommend.

Great quality, Great price, Great customer service!
We've been using AALabels for couple of years now.
Brexit has made it more complicated to import back to the EU but still, they offer the best products at the best price. We simply can not find an alternative in the EU.
Also, if things gets complicated, you can rely on their customer service to solve any issues.

False advertising regarding service
Order elsewhere would be my best advice.
AALabels.com google link reads "Order Before 4pm for Next Day" I know the service I expect when I read that. I think most people would read it the same way I did.
My Order Acknowledgement gave a delivery date of 24th November (I was given this date throughout the online order process). The order was delivered 25th November.
Told by Customer Service this was because of a "computer glitch" on their system initially. From their below response it seems, not a computer glitch. They never intended to meet the promised service level
Your next day orders will not be delivered next day. Their next day delivery is two days. Do not use if you require an order delivered next day because you will be charged £99.00 and you will not get your order next day.
Their customer service staff are anything but.

Hi Tammy, you placed this printed label order at 12:38 on Wednesday 23.11.21 and paid the additional £99.00 ex VAT for the Express Print service, in order to have the labels produced and despatched within 24 hours, from the approval of artwork. The softproof of your original artwork was approved at 13:14:11 and a subsequent orientation change approved at 14:36:20 following which your order went into the print queue and was produced and despatched the following day Thursday 24.11.21 at 14:27:13 within the 24-hour express service window that you had paid for.
We are sorry that you feel this way and if you would like to speak with a member of the management team, we will contact you.

Good supplier, labels are always in stock and custom turnaround times are nice and quick. Never had a problem across several different orders

However it has still taken longer to print and produce your labels than usual and we will investigate this. Your order was despatched yestrday, Monday 22.11.21 for delivery today. Products very good but customer service awful
I agree with exactly what other negative reviewers say. When your order goes well that's great but woe betide if you have a problem with an order. Their customer service is awful and finds every lame excuse under the sun to not putting what is clearly their mistakes right.
Sorry that can't be right because they never ever ever get something wrong (LOL)

Unfortunately without any form of reference for this post, it is not possible to investigate further, but if you would like to get back in contact with us, then we will undertake a senior management review of this matter. Shorted on labels and would not help
I ordered 4 x reels of 250 (1000 labels). After running through our label printer we only had 95 labels per roll, the core stated 250. I sent pictures of rolls and proof of the fact we did not receive the correct amount of labels.
AA labels responded saying their machine an QC checks would tell them if it was incorrect and there is nothing they can do about it. Basically saying I am lying.
I'm shocked that AA labels have not believed the fact we didn't receive enough labels and even more shocked that they refused to help. I'm a manufacturer and have QC checks too, which showed we didn't have enough labels, so why is it so hard for AA to believe there could be a mistake their end?
The order is only £124 but the principle stands.
Fast turnaround company but if you have a problem, good luck with getting any form of help.
RESPONSE TO AA LABELS REPLY:
- if I sell a pair of shoes and the customer tells me they turned up without laces. Even though my QC guy assures me they left with laces. I send the customer more laces. It’s called customer service and a responsibility you take on as a seller. I couldn’t have proved the fact any other way than I did, I re-ordered the exact same set of labels (because I was short) so why don’t you check the difference in parcel weight across both the orders. Then I will take my apology.

Sharon, we are very sorry that you have had this experience and we cannot understand it, because every check indicates that the correct quantity per roll was produced and sent. It is certainely too many missing labels for a press operative to be unaware off and our QA would, absolutely have picked this up and the label rolls would have had to be re-worked. We can only apologise and assure you that we do not think that you are trying to mislead, but something has clearly happened and we cannot find the explanation from our records. It is certainely not our intention to create uneccessary unpleasentness with customers and if there is some other way in which we might be able to demonstrate this to you, then please let us know.

Sharon, we accept that something has happened and from all of the checks available, we remain confident that we delivered the correct quantity of labels ordered, on both occasions. When we asked for a roll to be returned, we received empty cardboard roll cores, from which we could determine nothing, in terms of investigating your complaint.
We do of course apologise if this was our fault, but we can find nothing that indicates this and that is our problem.
We hope that we can put this matter aside for continued investigation and allow normal service to resume between us.
Superb service
I just wanted to say how happy I am with all that AA labels did in the delivery and production of this order we have just taken delivery of.
Everything you said you would do, you did, and you don’t know how refreshing this is. No delays, when an issue arose, you dealt with it promptly just 100% positive. Businesses are made by the people that work within them and Sally and her team did a great job.
Thank you ever so much and I look forward to working on the next project with you guys.

Client de longue date, j'ai toujours apprécié le choix énorme des produits ainsi que leur qualité. Mais tout a changé depuis le brexit : impossibilité d'envoi hors UK, retards divers, tracasserie administratives, manque de réactivité, droits de douanes et taxes supplémentaires. Bref, après trois semaines, j'attends toujours mon colis. Si vous êtes sur le continent, allez voir ailleurs.

You can only really judge a company when there's a problem.
There was an issue with our recent order. An error had been made during manufacture. These things happen, I completely understand, but some companies are not good at rectifying their error. AA Labels however, were first class. Brilliant communication and speedy replacement of the problem labels. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks!

Absolutely appalling service.
Placed two orders with a deadline that AA Labels were made aware of. One order got completely missed and the other then arrived 6 weeks later and was sent to the wrong address despite AA Labels being put in direct contact with our manufacturing company. I was then told that I could pay the extra charge for them sending it to the wrong address!
I paid to sort the problem out myself to then find that the labels had been printed incorrectly on the roll!
Bad communication and main member of office staff clearly doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't have a proficient level of English or customer service to do their job well. Asked to speak with a manager on numerous occasions and emails were fielded and questions not answered.
Would never use again. Very disappointed and cost my business a month of sales due to not receiving the labels on time.
