I haven't claimed on my policy so I can't really comment on how good the company are. If and when I do make a claim, that will be the time to send me e-mail requests for feedback, not the moment I purchase the policy.

Generally a good company to deal with

I've been with Nationwide for about 40 years, and whilst there have been a few glitches along the way, they generally create very little cause for complaint. In my experience, issues that do arise are generally resolved promptly and courteously.

Competitive savings rates

Competitive savings rates, and easy-to-use online platform. I was impressed that although I opened a 90 day notice account, I was able to transfer to a new OakNorth account, with higher interest, without any penalty.

I bought some insurance

I bought some insurance. I haven't claimed on that insurance, the insurance period hasn't even started yet. If you keep pestering me to leave feedback in these circumstances it is not going to be good.

Thank you for your review. The reason we request feedback post purchase is to understand why customers chose Leisure Guard. We assume there were reasons behind your decision over other providers? Customers have the option to purchase online or over the phone and is useful to obtain feedback on their experiences. Other feedback such as how did you find the cover? Was price expectations met and did this compare well to other providers?
We only ever issue two emails to obtain feedback, the second only issued in case the first email may have been missed, so we apologise if you feel like this is pestering you and that is not our intention.

Very Disappointing

My order was delivered on time, but missing the key items I had wanted. This is despite the fact that those same items were still available to order online when my order arrived. An extra star lost because there was no way I could see to report this fact through my online account. I shan't be using the delivery service again.

Scammers Delight

Like many reviewers, I am only aware of this company as a result of attempted scams (not by them, but by scam callers who use their software). Given how prevalent this is, I am astonished that they do not post a big warning sign on their landing page, instructing people not to download the software in response to unsolicited phone calls.

Beware Hidden Fees

I went online to book a parking space, and was quoted what I considered to be quite a high price. Nevertheless, I signed up and went through the process of registering and providing my contact details, only to find that a 'service' charge (the service of me making an online booking myself?!) had been added to the cost. I consider this a thoroughly dishonest practice, and will not be using this company again until this policy changes.

Don't send me feedback requests

I placed an order for a book, and before I even got an acknowledgment of my order I got a request for feedback.
Deliver my book in a reasonable time, and I won't have any cause to complain. If you want feedback before that, then it's not going to be positive.

Generally very good, and excellent value

There was a slight delay - a couple of days - in getting my SIM card out, but once that was sorted everything's been up and running fine, and at a fraction of the price I was paying previously.

Problem Solved

My original order went astray somewhere in their system, but, when I contacted them to complain, their customer service team - specifically Sena O - sprang in to action and ensured there was minimal overall delay. I was very happy with the product too.
