Don’t hire without this policy - simple
I’ve been using this insurance plan for car hire for many years.
I’ve only had to claim once and the service was superb. Settled and paid into my bank within five working days.
It gives such peace of mind and stops the worry about the rip off car hire firms and the horror stories that accompany them.
Don’t hire a car without this policy in place, you won’t regret it.

I haven't claimed on my policy so I can't really comment on how good the company are. If and when I do make a claim, that will be the time to send me e-mail requests for feedback, not the moment I purchase the policy.

Renewed policy when I didn't want it
Renewed policy when I didn't want it. Still waiting for customer services to answer me. Can't find a phone number to speak to somebody. Auto renewal should never be the default.
