Not yet taken out a policy but so far I am encouraged to do so. The thing that is holding me back is not the price or ease of booking but simply the lack of reviews relating to the most important aspect of the policy, how well does the company perform when a claim needs to be made during the holiday? This to me is the main purpose of taking out travel insurance.

Upon taking out a Leisure Guard travel insurance policy, a customer is invited to share their comments on the service received or ease of purchase of the insurance during the sales process and not the end to end claims journey.
This is the primary reason why the reviews on this subject on our Trust Pilot page are sporadic but there has been some customers sharing their experience with claims on our Trust Pilot page in the past.
Regardless of any previous negative or positive feedback, all claims are assessed on their own merit based on the circumstances presented in each individual case and is not necessarily an indication of the claims experience on any future claim.

Great reasonably priced travel cover for anyone with existing medical issues.
Easy quote and cheaper by miles than any other when I took policy out. As a COPD sufferer I expect to pay more I believe this was about £70 more than someone without existing health issues which isn’t to bad as most others wanted £400 to £800 more just for COPD and I must say I have it very mild which I stated when questioned how my mobility (walking) is but other companies (rip offs) still quoted ridiculous over priced cover. Leisure guard is very fair and I will use again.
