Ordered coat in sale for granddaughter's birthday in the afternoon, next morning email received cancelling order as was now out of stock. Very disappointed.

Ordered on 18th January, still waiting - five days gone by, item not yet even dispatched (granddaughter birthday present). Emailed, no response obviously. No phone number. My granddaughter chose this item and I did not check the reviews, big mistake. I have ordered other items which arrived within two days via Royal Mail, no postal/strike delays at all. Appalling customer services and very poor service. Avoid. Will try to get refund see how that does? Sent another email asking for refund so I can buy her something else. This seems to be a terrible company,

Items always at great sale prices but stock availability for certain sizes very difficult to find. The payment for returns puts me off buying usually as cannot return to store. Seems rather outdated practice but then clearance items are there for a reason. Half the order was really good, other items, even though branded were very poorly sized so sent back. Refund quick though.

Easy to book on line in advance, local train station rates are very low at weekends.

Granddaughter found just what she was looking for in a complete travel package in one of the collaboration ranges. Ordered on 9th January and order was cancelled next day because "the item you have ordered is no longer available as it has gone out of stock. Our systems were facing an error whereby our stock levels were incorrect on our website allowing this mistake to happen". Had ordered as late as we could. Fortunately found another package from one of the other collaboration ranges from another supplier and ordered with next day delivery and saving of £30. Refund was very quickly received.

Granddaughter chose necklace and earrings for her 21st birthday as she could not find what she wanted elsewhere. Measurements very accurate and helpful. Items were lovely, well made and good sizes. Packaging and presentation excellent quality.

Notified of time slot but parcel left in safe place without being told it had been left there, we were at home at the time and found parcel when we left the house. Arrived on time and speedy service.
