switching from Outfox is painful
It's taken 3 months and I am still waiting for the balance of money from the account, how is it right it should take this long?

Pretty poor

Pretty poor. Got a quote for their Premier Insurance product, which somehow they managed to change into Standard cover with no standard breakdown insurance.
Since then I've spent 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours so far today getting them to change the cover back to what I was originally quoted for, but am now waiting for a team leader
to sign off the new cover from 5 hours ago, so they can match the quote. THe quote price varies dramatically and hasn't yet matched the original quoted price. Not a good start at all.

Absolutely loving being a customer of…

Absolutely loving being a customer of Octopus, the website is intuitive, the customer service when you have to call is exemplary, and the overall experience is so comforting after the previous companies that used to supply my electric. Really pleased I joined Octopus, wish the company the best for the future, and yes I do recommend them if you thinking about Octopus as your future supplier!!!

car parking firstly.

car parking firstly.. my wife parked for over 2 hours with her Mum, shopping and then at the Cafe (receipts available) and since then we've had threatening letters from Euro Car Parks threatening a fine of £80 and now £150. Not paying, it's not legal. Secondly, my last and final shop resulted in a substitution which it turns out now they don't pay the difference on anymore, and actually turned out to be wrongly priced so on the order was £5.23 and on the receipt was £10.46. Morrisons have been contacted 3 times about this, with the current reply so far being once you accept a substitution then that's it. Not good enough. I've moved my shopping to Tesco, matters not to me, but Customer Service is important, and it looks as though Morrison are turning into a bit of an ugly sister.

Customer for 7 months and still no bill

Have been an involuntary customer of BG since 20th October 2021, and still have had no bill from them. I've been paying £300 per month, but no ability to manage what energy debt I have because BG have not given me any idea of what I owe to them. It's outrageous, and pathetic that a multi billion pound company that's earning 20% more this year is still unable to produce a functioning website, and manage their existing customers. Absolutely shameful. I suggest that the word 'British' be removed from the name, as it's almost implying some form of reliability or robustness, as that's definitely not what BG are about. They are about being woke and liberal.

good riddance- this company was…

good riddance- this company was overcharging and preventing people from leaving by objecting to the switch becuase of their 'estimated' overdue amounts, when ironically they've now folded owing Ofgem over £1.2m in payments.. Another conservative scandal with Ofgem sitting on their hands and doing NOTHING to support individual consumers. Cancel your DD and wait for the new supplier to contact you, any other supplier is better than Symbio

Really great company and products

Really great company and products - ordered the chocolate cake and bouquet of sausage rolls for my brother's birthday and guess what, no trouble with placing the order, and the order is delivered on the day promised with no issues whatsover. Try doing that with any number of the other hamper companies and you will be sorely disappointed, this company did a fantastic job for me in getting a very important present to a very important person. Thank you, 123 Hampers, will be back, much appreciated.

If you try to switch they will object, more than once

My variable tariff was cancelled each month to be replaced with a new tariff which was much more expensive. I was told I couldn't switch to a cheaper tariff as an existing customer, and couldn't try and join again as a new customer. So I tried to switch to another supplier, and instantly had an email to state that they had objected to my switch as I had an outstanding amount. I paid, and reapplied to new company. Again, I had another email from Symbio to say they had objected to my switch as I have an outstanding amount to pay (£164.11) by my calculations I am £600 in credit with these people, having paid £900 in the last two months. Symbio are preying on customers and abusing the privilege of what they term a symbiotic relationship with the customer. It's completely outrageous, and needs to stop.

ps. I don't need a reply from Symbio reminding me about the symbiotic relationship they want with me. The whole purpose of this review is to warn future and current customers of Symbio.
