Discovered in Waitrose over a year ago and have been ordering my boxes direct from the website ever since. Love, love, love all the flavours but my long time favourite is the ginger; straight from the fridge, poured into a big glass - my new healthy ‘cocktail hour’ drink! Delicious.

Impossible to deal with this brand from the UK as they have no customer service contact. Despite many attempts to communicate with them about my order, via both email and their Instagram, I had absolutely no response. Returns too are very complicated, and like another reviewer I’m lost on where my return is and when I will be refunded — with no communication and no one to ask!! My advice is don’t buy direct from this brand from UK.

As other reviewers have said, Rise & Fall customer service is awful… their refund process is long and convoluted. First and last experience with them for me.

Like the clothes but refunds on returns take too long! No excuse — especially when my other returns, posted later, are refunded before Me&Em. This really makes me think twice about buying from them.

Over hyped, expensive and ineffective. Used over a couple of weeks and made no difference — other than giving me a mild headache. Another product with some clearly paid for reviews too! Rescue remedy cheaper and better.

22 days to refund?!! Rixo received my return on April 10th; today, April 22nd, they email me (after endless attempts to chase up) to inform me they are now « processing » my refund (eh? What have they been doing for the last 12 days?!?). They go on to say that it may take up to 10 days to reach my account… This means it will have taken 22 days to refund me. This is UNACCEPTABLE, especially when other retailers — large and small — are able to refund almost immediately upon receipt of returned goods, and turnaround times are getting ever faster. One lost customer.

Disappointed in quality for price. There are much better alternatives. Also think most designs to suit shorter women. Refund took forever and had to be chased numerous times — but did apologise! Still, overall v disappointing.

I’ve been taking The Evening Elixir and unfortunately, like another reviewer here, I’ve come out in a hives-like bumpy rash under my chin and along my jawline. I love the product but it doesn’t love me!

Net a Porter used to be great and was my go-to for clothes etc, but no longer so. I’m not sure what’s going on, if they’re in financial difficulties or what, but their customer service is now non existent. I returned a jacket to them before Christmas, the return was processed by them three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund of £450 . Despite endless calls and emails, there’s been no progress and no one in customer care seems to actually CARE! I’ve now lodged a case with PayPal, whom I trust might be able to secure my refund… BUT, as other recent “real” reviewers have flagged here, NAP is very different to what it used to be, and after nearly 20 years of being a customer, I know I will never buy from them again and have deleted their app.

Quite nice but expensive clothes and definitely not suited to UK weather. Be aware that returns are international and therefore very expensive. £13 to return a jacket, and as no paperwork included had to print off customs forms etc and attach to outside of parcel in ‘clear plastic’. Lots of instructions and no help at all. Just hope my refund comes through.

It’s two weeks since this company acknowledged receipt of a returned item, but they have still not refunded me (almost £400). When most other retailers now refund promptly, there’s just no excuse. Not impressed at all and will not shop here again: first and last time!

Update: despite that response below, no one got in touch or sent any form over. It’s all one big SCAM.
Yes it all sounds great but I’ve been well & truly scammed. I returned 4 bags of very good quality, expensive (Max Mara etc) designer clothes; one bag went missing, and of the other three bags most of the items never made it to listing. I was told they hadn’t passed the quality check. I have to reiterate here, everything I sent to them was seriously good quality.
Not sure where their good reviews have come from, all very suspect, but if you scroll down you’ll find others who feel scammed & it’s a hot topic on Mumsnet.

Wish I’d read the reviews!! Will never again buy from Michael Kors. Returned item weeks ago and still no refund and customer support useless, telling me to wait yet another week. No excuse when other companies refund so quickly these days. Never again!

BEWARE!!
This is a scam. Like many others I bought a “cashmere” sweater and what eventually arrived was NOT cashmere, nothing like photos, and NOT from Liverpool (where the company claim to be) but from China.
No return allowed so no refund and an absolute piece of tat. Ordered through SHOPIFY, and quite appalled they deal with scammers.

Very hard to decide who is worse, Yodel or EVRI… Today Yodel claimed to have delivered two parcels to my address. They even sent a photo of a front door. Not my door, but a door… somewhere. It’s an interesting way to run a business: send customers photos of parcels, which may or may not be for you, outside a door, any door — and you decide if you recognise the door and then traipse around roads trying to find it and the enigmatic parcel they claim they at least once had.

Have been a customer of Matches for many years but my last couple of experiences with them have been AWFUL — from beginning to end. Two very expensive items I ordered arrived in a box both beyond crumpled, creases that would be extremely difficult to get out; returning them both was a nightmare. Return labels not sent — until I chased multiple times; customer care with over one hour waiting time, couriers not confirmed and then not appearing, very late refunds etc etc. Will not use again, despite beautiful clothes; there are better and far more efficient places to shop online now.

What has happened to Waitrose?? Having been a loyal customer for 35 years I’m about to defect! Like others have commented, Waitrose seems much more concerned with virtue-signalling wokeism than its customers. This, along with the decreasing quality of produce and seriously shabby customer service, mean it’s no longer a place I want to shop. The final straw however was today’s delivery; no longer delivered in bags means crates are emptied speedily and at random, leaving you with an almighty pile of groceries to sort… and in our case clean, as a liquid detergent had leaked on everything! Sad, because I remember not so long ago when everything was delivered in a marked bag — freezer, fridge, store cupboard etc, and the service was pretty exceptional.

After many years of visiting the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show (now known as ‘festival’), I can safely say 2023 will be our last. There’s little left of the glorious former flower show, and no restaurants or places to sit and have a drink. Instead, there are big corporate stands, street food caravans, huge crowds and even bigger queues. For everything! There are a few garden displays and a large tent with flowers and plants for sale. But the charm and ambience of previous years has completely gone. One of our party described it as a ‘hellhole’ when we left after an hour. An almighty rip off for £38 a ticket and a very expensive mistake. I’m not sure what the RHS are aiming for or what their vision is, but I hope they read this and the reviews on Tripadvisor.
