Used Beauty pie for some time and their service is always excellent. Order products and the are dispatched super quick. No problems with products and very reasonable pricing. Definitely recommend

I have been a Beauty Pie member for nearly a year now. I thought about joining and was always put off by the membership price - however, it has been worth it! I love all thier products! I have saved myself so much money in the long run and the products are just beautiful. I would go as far to say I have a Beauty Pie addiction! Would definitly recommend - shame I hadnt found them sooner!!

Beauty Pie is an excellent company. High end products for a third of the cost. You pay a subscription fee every year (£59) at the time of this review and the products are amazing. The skincare is phenomenal and the makeup is very good. Their products are as good as you would buy from a designer brand if not better.

Excellent quality products at a sensible price. Good advice and easy to understand descriptions of products.

Just reading through the 1 & 2 star reviews after feeling tempted to rejoin BP - but I won’t be doing this as I can see that Evri as the courier service is still causing the same issues with customers. I reviewed BP in March 2025 asking that they offer RM (or DPD come to think of it, they’re pretty good locally) as delivery options alongside Evri, but got the standard ‘we chose Evri as they score 4.7 out of 5’ or something. BP - if you can kindly explain to me why Evri actually have dire reviews everywhere you look & also direct me to this unicorn 4.7/5 score, I’ll eat my hat and rejoin you 😂

A fantastic concept and amazing products. My membership allows me to purchase high end products at a price I can afford. The team are fantastic, and I enjoy looking through the website for new ideas and innovations. I wouldn't be without it!!🩷

Love all the products, the quality is fantastic, the packaging is great and it all arrives in a large pink box. Unfortunately hubby then knows what I’ve been ordering 😂 I love everything that I have tried from makeup to skincare, hair care, fragrance and vitamins.

Beauty pie orders generally take a long time to arrive but just had to chase another missing order as they have switched to Evri. I shouldn’t be having to do this, and also they should have replaced the order with next day delivery. Not even sure if it was dispatched originally
So basically will be waiting 2 weeks for my order. Abysmal

Ordering is very straightforward . Delivery is usually within 3 days prices extremely good. Very happy with the products I have had. Having sensitive skin I have to be careful what I use but so far have had no problems.
Definitely recommend this company.

On the whole I love all the products that I have purchased from Beauty Pie and I usually wait until I have a few things to order in one go, subsequently I frequently spend £100plus at a time but what really annoys me is that a couple of days after I have ordered and paid I get a message in my inbox usually offering a really good freebe if I spend over £100 or so. Do they do this on purpose is it some special algorithm. I have just missed out on yet another one 😠

I was a bit reluctant to try at first due to the initial charge. However I’ve tried a range of products now and everything has worked really well, just as good or better than much more expensive products.

Love beauty pie. Products are top notch. Have been a member with them for a few years now. Especially love their Youthbomb range. Delivery is always prompt and still love getting the pink box through the post full of my fave products.

The products work well for me, I am careful as to what I use as I would be prone to eczema & dry skin. The feeling of hydration I get from Beauty Pie products is amazing, I wouldn’t change.

Delivery is well packed and prompt. Wide range of high quality products to suit every skin type. Large savings for club members. The hyaluronic moisturiser is best I have ever use I am nearly 80, and my face skin is soft and relatively unlined. I use moisturiser in the morning and eye cream and serum at night. I vary the serums, including Vit C brightener, and one to deal with any blemishes, as well as Youth Bomb

All the products I have ordered have been really good and lovely to use. The packages arrived beautifully packed.

The products are mostly outstanding. But they insist on using Evri to deliver who dump parcels repeatedly in unsecured locations thus they are stolen. I’ve complained multiple times to Evri a beauty pie about this yet nothing changes. So yet again I’m having to spend time complaining and sorting out replacements. Most recently when this happened a replacement box was sent via Royal Mail - which I received. So why can’t we select this option instead of having to play roulette with Evri? PLEASE CHANGE THE COURIER! I’m so over having to complain and chase!

EDIT: this is to reply to the response here from the beauty pie “happiness team” I’m surprised to receive a reply here but absolutely zero other correspondence from BP, no phone call, no email etc. so it’s frustrating I need to communicate about my complaint via Trustpilot.
