The engine has seized (locked), rendering the vehicle undrivable and unsafe. As the vehicle was purchased less than six months ago, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, there is a legal presumption that this fault was present at the time of delivery.
The car has not met the statutory requirements of being of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. Therefore, I am exercising my right to a repair or replacement at no cost to myself.
Furthermore, I note that the vehicle is covered by the Motor Assured Warranty provided at the point of sale, which specifically covers "Mechanical Breakdown."

First contact by phone, very good customer service by (Katie Graburn), then we went to Vertumotors Birmingham customer service was “OK” by (Mark Selby). About the car Ford Kuga St line X Edition 2.0 we need more time to say something but apparently not a problem.
