I ordered three items from Easylife, all hopefully to make our lives more comfortable in one way or another. They arrived in one package, well protected, and in good condition. One will be a Christmas gift so I can't comment on its utility, but the others are already in use and doing a good job.

Arja, the Craig and Rose representative, answered if I remember correctly, three different emailed questions from me. He was informative and very pleasant. We took advantage of a discount for samples, to which he pointed us, and are still working out what to do. He was extremely helpful.

We had some complications, which he dealt with professionally in such a way that I was very satisfied. We were out when the parcel arrived but the driver followed instructions and put the package in the safe place we had designated, which was excellent. The package itself was very well packed and taped, so the contents were in perfect condition. It couldn't have been any better.

I am old! Our family hadn't been to Disney in decades, since our children were young. At this stage, we are taking the grandkids. I am confident in the knowledge that we are organized properly, despite my lack of technical ability.

The representative was patient and explained everything well when I renewed, but I was absolutely stunned to be paying approximately three times as much as when I last renewed for the same level of coverage with the same company. The reason was because Covid cover is included, but it still seemed incredibly expensive. On the positive side, we stick with Flexicover because of previous good service when we claimed when a woman jumped from our cruise ship and forced us to spend an extra night in a hotel and find a new flight because our ship had to delay getting to our final port. The fine print did not cover this "man overboard" situation, but Flexicover paid for our extra expenses anyway, which has turned us into loyal customers.
