Flexi Cover was easy to arrange all my travel insurance cover, including my complex health requirements, it offered several different insurance levels, with different excesses for you to choose from also. I too the annual cover and was very happy with how its given me the security to travel and cost was very reasonable compared to other companies with my medicalconditions. Non existent customer service
Searched google for specific cover and Flexicover came up in the search results so I clicked on the link, checked the cover and bought the policy on this basis. Travel was the next day. Immediately after buying the policy I read the policy details and discovered the cover I wanted was not as advertised! As it was late at night I filled in the online form for a call back. No response from Flexicover. Tried again the next day after getting an automated email asking if I had any questions and again, no response from Flexicover! Why offer this if you are not going to respond?? The holiday is now over and still nothing? I've now had an email saying Welcome home. Well here you go Flexicover, here is your review. And no I wont consider you next time I need to purchase travel insurance, good customer service is a make or break situation!

WOW AVOID if you have any illness
So i have a low grade glioma brain tumour. Never had treatment - not so much as a swig of medicine.
Spent the normal 30 minutes on the phone to be declined for insurance by a company advertising that they cover people with illness.
Amazing
AVOID do not waste your time
