Renters beware!

They never invited me to the inventory before or after moving in.

Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit.

Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing.

Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in.

Managed to get my deposit back through the scheme otherwise they would have got away with it.

Scammers beware renters!

Fake promotions to get you to spend more.

Had a promotion where you had to spend over £110 to get a free gift so spent around £180. Then sent just the items I ordered.

Did email them but they just ignored so wouldn't belive what they promote online and wouldn't use again.

Absolute Scammers that take money from your account for no reason then don't want to give it back. Twice it's happened and will never use any of their thieving services ever again. Will report to trading standards.

Incompetent, clueless and rude staff.

After spending over 4 hours on calls with
multiple staff who had no idea what they were doing. And instead of apologising they were either hanging up on me or just pretending to put me through to another department but just leaving me on hold for an hour plus each time.

I finally spoke to a very rude a patronising member of staff from the Internet banking team that didn't even acknowledge the situation and abruptly said they can't give out any details about my online account over the phone and I had to go into the local branch which is 35 miles away from where I live to get the information I required which was simply my sort code and account number to log in.

I have just drove to that branch this morning which made me extremely late for work as they only allow two customers in at a time to find out they don't have any access to my loan information. Also they are closing 260 branches so the nearest one from me now will be in Northampton from Portsmouth.

A complete waste of time and money which has caused extream distress and alarm for me and I still cannot access my online account.

I took the finance out with Clysdale and if I knew they were going to merge with Virgin and be this bad, I would have never made the move.

In the process now of contacting the FCA and Financial Ombudsman as this level of service in unacceptable and unfair on customers. Luckily I record my calls.

It's also very clear to see by the reviews this is an ongoing issue that needs addressing.

Just as bad as the private car park companies

With all the proof in the world and they will still side with these dodgy private car park companies. Feels as if they must be getting paid by them the way they dismiss cases.

The fact we pay for the parking spaces at the office and then get fined is ridiculous

Need clearer signs

Need clearer signs. Went shopping and overstayed without realising as i didnt see any signs. Now have to pay a fine even though I shopped in several shops.

Shady company that profit off scamming people.

Better online than in store..

Better online than in store as you get a bag to store the item in and a fresh piece and in store they always say it's the only one they have in stock which is on display and occasionally forget to take the security tag out which makes you look like a thief after spending a good chunk of money on every visit.

Love some of the items they have though. One of the best around

Would use again

Bought a stone island jacket and it is genuine.

Didn't notify me of any delivery or dispatch as they said they would so was a but concerned but arrived on the fifth day which is all that really counts.

Revised the review

This is a revised review.

Bought a few items though not on the high street with Forrest and Co which never turned up and kept changing dates even though I kept getting despatched emails.

After posting a bad review it seems that NOTHS have managed to get this resolved and got my items.

I would still advise for NOTHS to vet these companies before partnering up with them.
