Fabulous service and beautiful furniture

From ordering in the Godalming Store to my delivery on Monday this week, the process has been so easy.
We were furnishing an entire house, so I paid for the assembly service and to have packaging removed.
Gary and Mark arrived promptly and were cheerful and professional from start to finish. They worked methodically and carefully, inspecting the furniture as they put it together. This meant that a damaged bed head was photographed and reported immediately by Gary and a replacement ordered on the spot.
All the packaging was removed and Gary and Mark were respectful of the property, leaving everything tidy.
The only thing that was missing was a lamp shade which was on the wrong van,but again they reported it immediately. That evening, the driver who had the missing lamp shade diverted via my house with the missing item so the order was complete.
The furniture is beautiful and really makes the house a home.
This is the best service that I have had from a company. Thank you to everyone at Cotswold Company.

Helpful customer service

The customer service agents that I spoke with were very helpful and patient. I am new to EV charging and they explained how to login as as a guest. The only issue is the BP Pulse app won't load my payment details so I can't use the cheapest rate.

Delivery issues for UK orders

I ordered from the UK for the starter kit on 20th September 2024 and was told that it had been shipped. It appears to have reached the UK via DPD but then disappeared! I received notification that it had been delivered by Evri on 26th September 2024 but this was not the case. There was no record of my postcode, no photos or signature and it was allegedly left in a secure porch- which I do not have! Was told by LG that they would not reship the order but they have offered a full refund, which I am currently waiting for. I am not the only person in the UK to have experienced this. LG customer services have been good, but I am disappointed that the logistics seem to be letting them down.

High renewal quote means I have left ManyPets.

I have been with ManyPets for 3 years, and although their premiums were a little higher than some, they paid out promptly when my dog pulled a muscle in her shoulder last year. Unfortunately, although my dog is just over 3, and healthy with no underlying issues, her monthly insurance increased by more than 50% when the renewal came up. I had to hold on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes as nobody responded to my emails for a reason as to the increase. The advisor on the phone was lovely, but it was obvious that the price of the renewal was not up for discussion (unless I agreed to increase my excess significantly). I have now changed to another insurer and the price is £55 a month cheaper for the same cover! Many dog owners on social media at the moment are unhappy with the high renewal quotes for ManyPets and we are voting with our feet and paws, taking our business elsewhere.

Very friendly and professional service from Chloe

Excellent all round service from the whole team

Martin Hooker the fitter has been amazing in fitting out 3 apartments with motorised blinds, curtains, voiles and internal window blinds for me. A professional, friendly and efficient service - thank you so much. Even when the fitting for the most recent apartment didn't go to plan, as part of the order didn't arrive, Martin kept me up to date and made sure the missing items arrived as quickly as possible. Thanks to for Kay and Shabaz from customer services, who followed up on the order and gave me a 10% refund as a gesture of good will. Thanks to the whole team.

Yassin actioned my request quickly and efficiently

POD manages the development where I have 2 investment properties. All my interactions with them have alway been positive as their staff are professional and friendly. Most recently, Yassin processed my subletting consent within 30 minutes so that my tenant had access to all the apps for the development. Her prompt action was much appreciated.

Polite, professional and efficient service.

Luke and Simon from the company called me 30 minutes before arrival and unloaded my sofa quickly. They were very polite and professional, and assembled the furniture quickly in the designated room. They checked that I was happy with everything before removing the packaging at my request. Excellent service - would definitely recommend and use again.

Superb customer service and products

Superb customer service and products.
It was really easy to order and pay online and the prices were very competitive. The customer service is exceptional, with the name and contact number for the delivery driver provided the day before, so I was updated to within 15 minutes as to when my order would arrive. Joe and Kieran were polite, friendly and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dreams for the excellent beds and bedroom furniture and wonderful delivery and customer service.

A professional and courteous service from Shane at Pestforce.

Shane from Pestforce was professional from the first time I spoke with him about the problem we had with rats coming into our garden. He gave us great advice and explained every step of the way what he was going to do and why. As the first cycle of treatment occurred during lockdown, he texted to let us know when he would be arriving and was mindful of keeping us safe. An excellent service and competitive pricing structure - would recommend and use again if needed.

First class service for the second time this year

The service at Farnborough was fantastic again. I took my teenage son to pick a new matress and the sales person was efficient yet thorough. The matress we selected was delivered in a week by two very amiable delivery men who set up the matress and took away all the packaging. Bensons recommended someone to pick up the old matress which again was done efficiently and within the half hour time slot that was confirmed the day before. Consistently good service and products from this store.
