Not to be trusted!,
Ordered saying goods needed by Friday latest. Didn't receive notification of delivery so called them and was told they'd deliver Saturday between 8 and 2. Someone was booked in to do the work and they didn't show. When I called this morning told they don't deliver on Saturdays. So why do their staff lie. Dreadful service.

Iv moved house recently and the workbench I’d purchased from big dug was damaged on its side in transit Rang BiGDUG and no quibbles they sent out a replacement side next day delivery

Good website, easy to navigate, quality products, sensible prices.

Good shelving once we'd managed to put it together but incredibly fiddly to slot into the holes. I had some of these years ago with a really easy clip system but now the shelves are very hard to build. Each unit took us 1.5 hours.

The pallet truck I bought, after 3 years and VERY little use has broken. A seal or similar has gone and they have no replacement parts. I genuinely would not buy one if I were you. Spend another £100 and buy from a more robust product, otherwise you are just wasting your money. Other people have had the same experience, you can see lots of them on here.

I bought two dozen of different sizes of recycled euro containers. There very good quality and exceptionally good price. I was informed on the progress of my order at every step and the order arrived on time. One of the boxes came broken due to delivery mistreatment. The box was immediately replaced with a new one no quibble at all. I'll be coming back for more as we're seeing a shop soon. I'm really happy I found this supplier, really have me peace of mind plus there are all possible sizes on their window to sit all my needs. Great service

I have a big retail warehouse and wanted to kit it out with numerous shelving units and was advised to contact these “experts”

I first got onto the website and joined a live chat where I was told to email my requirements to the team who would get back to me. Wanting to discuss possibilities I rang the number and got through to a rude and frankly uninterested gentleman called Jordan who hurriedly told me without product codes for what I wanted he couldn’t help me and I should email the team with what product codes I wanted so they could quote me. He was obviously trying to get off the phone as it sounded like a party going on in the background with lots of shrieking and laughing.

For a place that claims they are experts I got absolutely no advice and have had to go elsewhere, and it’s been a blessing as I got a full conversation that asked what I needed the shelving for and how I wanted them configured. Sorry Bigdug but maybe if you don’t want big orders you should state so on the website.

Good selection of products, I ordered to 8 tread step ladder, arrived quickly and well wrapped with good courier communication.
4 star only because the price advised was not what you pay - excluded VAT when they should include this as it is retail not business mainly?, and then delivery added which increased the advertised price on the search by 50%.

after trying another type of racking that was rubbish i decided to give bigdug a go after seeing some if their industrial style racking at a friends i am highly delighted with my purchase its easy to assemble and sturdy aand will be sending fir some more shortly

Bought a garage tile floor deal from BIGDUG, high quality floor even for the value range, super fast delivery. Product was so easy to fit and came with a free mallet. Cheapest and best quality I could find anywhere.

I had the floor done within 2 hours, have to admit it looks fantastic. Emma is amazing and would highly recommend the team for your flooring and storage solutions.

Worst of the worse. Makes Ikea assembly and products seem 5*. Wrong amount of specific items sent, when one unit was eventually put up it was flimsy and unsafe. Spent 90 mins trying to pit together one unit and it was a joke. Awful instructions and overly complicated. Would not trust these in my garage. Had to call to arrange collection as will go elsewhere and but something more expensive so easier and safer

On the box dimensions page (description) it doesn't make it clear that these are external dimensions snd not internal albeit it does if you scroll down.

High delivery charges (£14) and a waste of time refund/return policy if you order the incorrect size.

So £30 (inc. delivery) for a £13 box that is NOT returnable unless you use there 'premium' delivery/return' process and if I did I would get a £0.72 refund!!

What is the point of going to the hassle of returning a product for a £0.72 refund

I clicked "Buy again" on a previous order and their system defaulted to a different product .
I am now being charged a 30% restocking fee.
they say its my fault for not checking!

I ordered Black Garage push/clip together shelving to use in my van but quickly realised the shelving, once built was very unstable. I pop rivetted all joints which made a very sturdy shelving unit and excellent for van use after fixing to the vans frame.
I also ordered the see through plastic boxes which have been tested when they came off the shelves on a sharp corner. The lids stayed on and the boxes did not shatter.
Boxes now more secure.
I think I was expecting too much for the price but do think a bolting system would work much better even for their intended static garage use.

Easy to order and delivery was on the day we wanted, and the driver warned me it was heavy

Had what I wanted, ordered it, it arrived fast I'm happy! I'd go back
