Took a Direct Debit, then 8 days later took another, then tell me i need to set one up or they threaten to cancel my contract. I cant set one up on their site as i already have one! Fail to communicate with my previous supplier over the agreed meter reading on transfer so they are chasing me for payment also. Its a joke.

Great service and delivery. Had to return one product, fast refund and communication.

No issues with delivery of the products, but refund on return items had to be chased and further proof of postage. Refund took more than two weeks to process.
