Consistently bad. Abysmal. You can rely on them to give a poor service
Once again I try to move my own money to be blocked by Barclays. IT IS MY MONEY and I will manage it as I see fit. If you are concerned CALL ME
Can I call them? NO I can not. They only answer the phone Mon-Fi 9-5.
POSTSCRIPT - Barclays, or someone claiming to be Barclays called me next day and begins phishing for my data - How do I know it is Barclays? "We'll send it to your APP" - I don't have an app - so, they tell me to call the number on the back of my card -
Guess what? They're not open... days go by and you can not access your own money
Platform Decay has become the norm in this country. EVERY company I deal with is offering worse and worse service
I can find nothing at all to recommend this company.
I do not see how I can carry on a commercial relationship with this Bank - I'm leaving as soon as possible.
Friday I transfer my money, MONDAY I call them - blocks me. I go into local branch - they can't resolve.. I go home & call - they have cancelled my cash transfer - without informing me
I'm now closing the account - I can't suffer this nonsense
