The customer service has deteriorated badly since they have moved the call centre overseas. It has become pot luck if you get someone who is civil -
I had to call three times before I managed to speak to someone who was not objectionable - A positive is that you're still not waiting for half an hour to speak to someone
It appears that the minimum wage in South Africa is R28.79 which is less than £1.20... you can see the incentive for employers to Offshore jobs - but offshoring isn't good for UK employment
