Company found on comparison web site. Came up with the most competitive deal and it was easy to log in details regarding cover needed and any pre medical conditions. Confirmation details came through same day and were checked with the cover needed for a forthcoming cruise.

Have taken out annual policies in the past but now because of age and medical details haveto do indidual policies no matter how many trips in a year. Having said that the company have given us cover many times and we have only had one recent claim when our cruise ship could no dock in port and was surprised that each member 4 of our family had as £200 payment which was a pleasant surprise

Solar garden lantern worked brilliantly all summer but sudden,y stopped working. Contacted the company and sent a photo of the light showing the bulb had gone and immediately a replacement has been sent.

Shop around by all means but do include this reliable and friendly company. Have just returned from Skiathos where on web sites transfer fares from the airport can be expensive but they were the most reasonable and it was a private taxi ride after being met at the airport arrivals gate and in the car within five minutes.
Return was just as reliable and timely.

Starting with an excellent flight with friendly and efficient crew we then enjoyed the GF Isabel at Costa Adeje which is both a very comfortable hotel and provides an amazing and healthy array of fresh foods.

Excellent light fixture and only disappointment was the lack of information about the type of bulbs needed on the web site which has since been corrected. That was the only reason for 4 stars as otherwise. 5!

Excellent comprehensive cover for a Caribbean holiday including a cruise. Bad weather prevented our ship calling at one port and the policy covered us for that eventuality and the claim was processed very quickly and efficiently.
We have since booked another European break and taken out a policy again which represents good value
