Appalling Service
Sent my coffee machine away for a service, 10 working days was my expectation as per their website and was not advised any different when I spoke to the adviser to sort a collection etc. The only thing I have heard back (I'm now on 9 working days...) is by email that they have my machine! Contacted them via chat, no help at all "I just organise repairs" called today, adviser couldn't help, as 'couldn't access the system' yeah right, will email my Manager (why??) Just a holding tactic no doubt. Promised a call back, heard nothing. Send your unit somewhere else! Appalling service and I will be expecting this reflected in the cost...
Got the response below, but still nothing from the service centre... por service continues....
