I have benn using Zyren for three weeks. Although it is early days I have definitely seen my neck look less wrinkly. I take a photo every week to compare. I am going to carry on for three months and then I will review again.

Very fast response

I developed an itchy red rash within an hour of using the cream on my neck. I have never reacted to any other cream in the past, so I was quite surprised. The company gave me a full refund after requesting photos of the rash, which was a relief.

The support team are brilliant , but having a lot of trouble receiving my order

Wasn’t really expecting much to be honest, but have been pleasantly suprised. Have been using around 6 weeks and have noticed an improvement to my neck area. Am just starting my second tub. Could you do a cream to improve around the mouth area please?

Ordered the advertised neck cream which I was very excited to start using after reading all the positive reviews.Unfortuneately I had a very bad reaction to this cream and so had to discontinue using.I emailed Customer Services telling them about this.They responded very quickly and were very understanding offering me a refund which they processed pretty quickly and of which I have now received.Excellant Customer Service ! Did not recieve my order..Zyren have emailed me after investigateing the situation to explain its been lost with the carrier and offered to either reship my order or recieve a refund I still want to try out zyren but as going on a 2 week holiday and live alone would not be home to exept the goods so lel them know the situation which Sophie who has dealt with it agreed that refund would be best in my situation .which she is now dealing with.As i still wish to try this popular cream I will be reordering once back home.The replys to my emails have been sent within minutes of me sending so cannot fault this company for there prompt replys cant comment on the actual cream yet but sure I will once I do finally get to try it but guess its not there fault my order got lost but they have dealt with it very kindly and professionaly so shows there customer service is excellent and trustworthy

While it’s making my skin nice and soft and moisturised, I can’t say I have seen any real difference to my turkey neck.

Sadly this cream bought my neck out in a rash and was very sore. I stopped using for a week then tried a little again to be sure it was the cream and it was, my neck felt sore before the rash even became visible. I’ve contacted Zyren twice now (the first time was a week ago), who say they’ll reply in a few hours, But nothing. I now question their free 60 day trial!!!! I’m very suspicious about this company now, and to be fair I feel silly for getting drawn in by the ads now, but will be taking this to small claims if I don’t hear back soon.

Update: Thank you Zyren for your standard reply, but you have received my email messages both times as I’ve also received automated email messages stating that you will get back to me within a few hours … I’m still waiting!

Zyren customer support gave me an excellent response and resolution to the problem that my Wife was having.

Product was delivered as expected. My neck has definitely improved and it’s only been a few weeks.

Easy to order. Quality product at @ great price compared to others. A little goes a long way. I’ve only been using for a few weeks, but I do think my neck area looks better. It’s a nice cream that absorbs well and not sticky. I’ll definitely continue for a couple of months and then evaluate again.
