I’m always a bit sceptical but loved the ad I saw on Facebook, and the price was less than I normally pay, so ordered to see what it was like.
I’m not disappointed, the cream glides on and soaks into my skin beautifully, leaving it soft and looking better than before.
I’ve noticed my wrinkles are not as bad as they were and although it’s taken a while the difference visually is now more noticeable.
All in all a lovely cream that works for me. 😀

I use a serum underneath the Zyren but have found the zyren has really softened the texture of my skin as well as firming the skin. Very pleased with the result.

Have been using this cream for a few months now. It is not an overnight sensation. It does take a few months to notice the difference. Fast delivery and we'll packaged. Customer service were quick to respond. Just placed another order.

It does what it promises. Used it morning and evening. Definitely makes my neck smoother. Would recommend

Used up my first pot, lasted approximately a month (applied twice daily to neck and décolletage)…. I’ve noticed my neck looks a bit less crepey so I’m starting my second pot tomorrow!

I was concerned that the courier hadn't updated the expected delivery date so I contacted Zyren via email and received a response from Chloe within a few minutes.

I have a very sensitive body that reacts to many things. I developed a rash on my neck after using the cream. I expect I will be the only one they get! However I was treated so well. I had a response within minutes and the only questions asked were of concern and needing to learn what might have caused this. Within a day I was given a total refund. I think it was only right to send them a photo of the rash which is beginning to clear.

I’m finding my neck is much firmer, it doesn’t look as saggy or wrinkly and the skin itself looks smoother. I’m really happy with the product.

All good so far, hoping for more improvement but happy with the product. It’s easy to apply, absorbs well and the skin on my neck is feeling softer and more subtle.

I used this cream twice a day for 71 days. It rubs in nicely and a small jar goes a long way. The ad and the jar both state that it tightens and firms the neck. Unfortunately this is not true at all. After 71 days there is no difference to my neck. It hasnt tightened or firmed in any way. Very disappointed with the company for falsely advertising this product. They state a money back guarantee, so will see if this is the case.

I was contacted by Zyren off the back of my review. They were sorry that the product didn't work for me and have given me a full refund. I couldn't fault their customer service department.

Received a prompt response to my query, pleasing.

I'm very pleased so far! Have ordered more jars, and the eye cream!
You now need to work on a body lotion, in particular for thighs and bat-wings, PLEASE!!!

Good customer service. Quick and polite

Definitely an improvement did take a few weeks but I can see the difference.

Yes! I did wonder if the neck cream would reduce my Turkey Neck lines, and after using it for about two weeks, daily, I have to confirm that my skin on my neck has improved.
I think they pot is too small, and could be a bit bigger..even if it meant a little more expensive. If you use daily, the pot will not last 2 month's ...which makes it rather a lot of money. Maybe a refillable pump , which we could just ask for a pouch to fill up..would be ideal.

I've only been using Zyren neck cream for 30 days so far. I think it is making a bit of a difference and I'm hoping after 60 days it might be even better. The cream itself spreads really well and sinks in nicely, leaving the skin feeling silky.
