Been using for a few months now my neck has less lines and folds than before hopefully a few months using day and night will be smoother

After only 2 weeks using this cream there is a definite improvement. Still a way to go but can see a difference. I’ve also been using a facial sculpture
Would highly recommend this cream.

I haven’t tried the product yet but realised I’d ordered it and somehow my default address turned out to be a friend who I’d recently ordered something for… who lives MILES away from me! Told the company and straight away they rectified it. Brilliant communication- Thankyou! Very impressed.

This cream has been the best I've used so far! I've tried so many creams that promised to make a difference (and they cost a fortune) so it was refreshing to find one that actually worked. It hasn't improved my neck 100%, but my skin is definitely firmer and it's made a huge difference.

I am concerned today that I have not received my order chloe emailed me back pretty prompt and reassured me that product is on way sending me tracking details
I would of given 5 stars only I've yet to receive my products

Im on my second jar now. In addition to using Zyren neck cream, I do facial yoga. I lost over 40 lbs and I was getting a "turkey neck". My neck is looking much better now!!

I'm on my third jar and I am starting to see some positive results. My skin is less crepey and I'm hopeful that I'm starting to see signs of the skin tightening. I am currently a work in progress!

Believe it or not?..this stuff is the bomb! Yes, i'm 66, and yes, i've noticed something "good". First jar polished off, starting 2nd jar already AND i've ordered 3 more today while the sale's on. Thanks guys so much.. I JUST LOVE IT!🩵🤗

Many products promise and don't deliver. This one delivers, and that's exactly how it should be.

If I could give no stars I would. I received 3 pots of the neck cream on 13th July, tried it on the 14th and within hours developed a really sore itchy rash on my neck. To rule out any other reason I did a patch test behind my ear, almost instantly a sore rash developed. On the 17th July I emailed Zyren to request a refund and sent a photo of my neck showing the rash. I have had no response, just a couple of auto responses saying they'll be in touch within a few hours but nothing, my last email didn't even get an auto response. I will now be seeking consumer rights advice on how to get a refund from this company. It is not so much the cream caused a rash, people can develop allergies to all kinds of things. It is the fact I'm clearly being ignored when asking for a refund despite the claim on their website saying 60 day return window if you aren't happy with the product. Disgraceful, do not buy from Zyren they do not care about you, your skin or scamming you out of almost £50.

The item I ordered was sent out promptly but lost in transit by courier. Zyren dealt with the situation quickly and resolved the situation.

After following up on an order, I received a very quick response with reassurance that my order is on its way.

Very nice product. Quickly absorbed and not greasy. Works well on a lined neck but won't change a turkey neck loose skin. Would buy again.

My neck is so itchy and dry after using this cream. I would love it to work but my neck just keeps looking worse and worse

I have noticed a real tightening of the skin and after 3 weeks I feel it has visibly reduced the lines on my neck.
There was a little bit of itchiness in the beginning but now I feel my skin has adapted well and absorbs the lotion perfectly.
