I have asked several times on Facebook if anyone has experienced a red, inflamed rash that looks like a burn. I have not had a reply my neck is still looking red raw and I very itchy. I have not received a reply. They say money back after 60 days if not satisfied.

Excellent customer service!
Unfortunately I had a reaction to the cream so I emailed the company. I had a lovely instant reply stating to discontinue use immediately and asked if I was allergic to any of the ingredients. I am not usually sensitive so not sure what it was but my reaction was bad resuIting in red itchy dry skin.
I had a full refund within days, I am so impressed with the customer service ❤️

Perhaps I was expecting a miracle… I see a slight difference but was expecting a good bit more. I’m on my 2nd jar applying morning & night

Totally in love with all products
Totally in love with all products. The eye and tighten and lift neck creams don't just sit on your skin, it actually soaks right in. The cold metal adaptor on the eye cream tube is a brilliant idea, feels lovely. My neck is visibly firmer and will only get better in time. I am half way through my first tub of tighten and lift and already ordered and received more. I feel that the 7 in 1 facial sculpture LED light therapy device is helping my results. I can definitely see why It is the #1 neck cream on the market. The support team are amazing and generally care about their customers. If you are sitting on the fence, jump over, you won't regret it. Keep up the amazing work Zyren. Looking forward to seeing what your next product is.

Similar to another lady I have also got a itchy rash on my neck which is also painful. I have had to get a doctors appointment to get something to soothe this. I bought 2 pots so not very happy
