I ordered kitchen sink from zoro.co.uk (website) and was delivered to the wrong address by the courier agent.
So, on the 22/05/2025 I called (zoro.co.uk) to complain about it and spoke with one of their staff name Kelly, she apologised promised to investigate.
Within a couple of hours, Kelly called back offering me refund or a replacement and I opt for replacement.
On 30/05/2925 the kitchen sink 1000×500mm with good quality was delivered to me.
A big thanks to Kelly for her phone call/ email and ensuring that costumer is happy and satisfied.
They are reliable, their costumer service is excellent and I would recommend people to shop on zoro.co.uk

Item ordered Thur 29th May with promise of next day delivery (ordered before 3pm cut off). Email received Friday morning 9:30am saying there was a delay processing my order. I emailed them to advise it was too late as I needed the Spanner for a job that day and to cancel the order and give me a full refund. I was ignored, the order was processed & dispatched at 1pm Friday 30th May, despite several emails back and forth with their 'support' team to advise that I didn't want this to happen.
The order was rejected at the door on Monday 2nd June and I emailed Zoro to advise as such. Their support team responded to confirm the same and that I'd get a full refund when received.
On Wednesday 4th June I got another email from them asking me to action a return and that I should use tracked delivery. They also state that I will only get the item value back, excluding their P&P. Obviously they're a badly run business and do not communicate internally, which is a shame.
EDIT - A Manager called me back today (4th June) to apologise and has issued a full refund, so my review score is altered. Thank you for calling, it is much appreciated.

It was just a simple order but,on arrival, part of it was broken. Zoro just sent us a replacement promptly.

Ordered two identical cardboard / z-fold air filters 9th May, they sent one correct and one the wrong size, but both paper filters sent by a courier using a single cling film wrap, so both arrived in a terrible condition.
Replacements sent and arrived on the 12th while I was away, now we have TWO incorrect filters, still in cling wrap and both highly damaged!
Emails ignored then when chased up I received a chotsy, unhelpful email informing me that 'they were replaced on the 12th'. Passed from pillar to post and today the old trick of asking for all information all over again and a bizarre claim that the requested photos leave them 'unable to see what has happened'. Absolutely awful inability to own their mistakes.
Updated to three stars as refunded today, but not a fun or straightforward experience so not sure I'll be using them again 😐

Had a few water butts from this company so ordered 4 more ( 2 sets of 2) delivery pretty prompt so no issues until we in wrapped the pallet of 4. One had no attachments or base and one was missing the parts to connect the base together. Again no real issue as this happens so I notified the company via email. Oh my what a mess since! Instead of just sending the missing parts ( would be simple) they keep checking numerous occasions now to see if the warehouse can update on what went out! Well all I can tell them is what didn’t arrive. Nice lady from customer services called Kelly did ring saying she organised replacements but they need to collect two of the waterbutts first. Then we get further email saying they are contacting the warehouse to see if they can find the missing parts again! For a large company this is a ridiculous way to handle missing parts, replacements and get people the goods they ordered. I would now like them to collect the waterbutts with missing parts as useless to us and refund me so I can order elsewhere.

I can not fault the service they provided . I received prompt replies to all my enquiries ,follwed up by email advice. The products where dispatched very quickly packed well and in perfect condition . I had an issue with one item and was thinking oh here we go this is where it all goes wrong , quite the contrary my issue was dealt with almost immediately , fantastic service .

We have a business account with Zoro and we have been regular customers for a few years, the customer service and aftercare is awful now, we order things but do not get told they are on back order, we ask to return or have replaced faulty items and it takes weeks and weeks before you get a resolution(and you have to keep contacting them as they do not bother to communicate with you). I am pretty sure we have an account manager but again nowhere to be seen when you have an issue, you always get a reply from someone different too so no one takes ownership of issues just go from one random person to another, if you value your customers show it, we spent a lot of money over these years with you and you still show no care towards us, maybe we are not valued enough or you treat all customers the same - poorly . find an alternative supplier guys, there are plenty to choose from who will make you feel valued

We ordered 4 pairs of prescription safety glasses. 2 arrived and 2 were on back order. We couldn't see through them AT ALL so requested to send them back and cancel the rest of the order. We sent them back, in the mean time, another pair arrived as they said they couldn't cancel them as they were pending, even though i gave nearly a weeks notice to cancel them. They said money had not been taken for the items even though it had as we had paid by credit card. I still have the pair of glasses that Zoro had organises a collection for 5 days ago. That never happened. Every time i contact them i get another person replying who has no idea of conversations that have happened previously. They don't seem to read the emails at all as they answer with something that is not even relevant to the issue. I have had to create a folder on my emails to save them all in, there are that many. Issue is STILL ongoing and we have wasted so much time on this little order.
