Great service from Zoro's as usual

Great service from Zoro's as usual, Fast delivery ,and we know your customer service is excellent ,so no need to worry there.
My wife has applied Anti Spider mist where she needs it, so just waiting for results sometime in the near future. As for me,I love spiders Ha ha, so I'm great. HA HA HA !!

The clothes dryer i bought was £50…

The clothes dryer i bought was £50 cheaper than their competitor and they charged an extra £6.99 to get it to Orkney - where as the other one wanted... wait for it.... £110 to deliver a £200 whirley to Orkney. Fast delivery and no issues. would defo recommend.

I ordered a large tree container…

I ordered a large tree container yesterday morning. It arrived 7.30am today! Even Amazon don't deliver that quickly. Amazing service and the container, which is for a pot bound wisteria, was an absolute bargain.

Scammed! Beware

If i could give zero i would’ve done it. I ordered 3 items- 1 because by adding it i could get free delivery. I paid through PayPal. All items were in stock when ordering. I received the item that i added for free delivery(not needed) and in the box was the ‘not needed’ item but invoiced for 2 items of which 1 i needed i didn’t receive. Yet… they had the cheek to resubmit a payment. I did not approve a payment for the same item. I sent a message to cancel the order but it was ignored. I’m contacting the ombudsman and PayPal to open a dispute.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback in relation to your recent experience with us. I would have called you to discuss these issues, but unfortunately there isn't a phone number on your account.
I have looked into the issues you have brought to our attention and can confirm the following:
Two of the three items that were ordered were delivered last week. They were delivered separately and have both been invoiced. The third item had a due delivery date of 05/08/25 (today). I have spoken to the warehouse this morning and they have advised that there is a delay with the goods being received by them; they advised that this item would be with you by the middle of next week, so I have now requested that this is cancelled, as per your earlier request - I'd like to apologise that we hadn't acted on this last week when we received your original email requesting this cancellation.
Regarding the payment/s - we take a pending authorisation at the time of an order being placed and then we invoice for goods as they are dispatched; this is not an additional payment; but apologies if this isn't clear at the time of orders being placed.
If any of the items are no longer needed, we do have a 30-day returns policy and you can request to return these for a refund if you so wish.

Ordered products at a good price and was delighted to have done so.
The out of stock profucts was promptly despatched as soon AS IT RETURNED TO STOCK.

Garbage

Terrible company

Placed an order for an air con, that was showing in stock at the time I placed order, and my credit card charged. And money held as a pre authorisation . Order due to be delivered on the 9th July, I called today to confirm all is fine, and agent I spoke to advised all is going ok with delivery confirmed for the 9th. After a few hours I received an email letting me know that the my order has been cancelled as the item is no longer available. This was the 1st time I had placed an order with this company and it will also be the last. Not a company I will do business with or will advise any one else to, as was really in need of a portal air con, and now the one I want is out of stock everywhere, so cannot get that one any more, such a useless company

Quick response to damaged item

After I received a badly packaged and damaged item this was immediately rectified by Zoro who replaced the item and are improving their packaging.

Absolute joke

Ordered some aircon. Eventually they cancelled the order. When asked they said they were putting the price up and I could reorder. Obviously not happy but it's so hot I did reorder. They've just cancelled this order as well. As far as I can tell they've not updated the prices on the website yet. Even if this isn't some sort of scam they're grossly incompetent.

Terrible service!

Terrible service. I waited 4 weeks for a delivery that still didn't arrive. Instead I was fobbed off with a delivery photo which didn't remotely resemble the item I ordered or my address!
I eventually received a refund for the item but not the £4.99 delivery charge.
It is outrageous to expect customers to pay for non delivery!
I emailed customer service to request a delivery charge refund and was completely ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There are other far more ethical companies.
EDIT: Having left a negative review I have finally received the delivery charge. The company reached out to me and apologised profusely. They admitted that they should have refunded the delivery charge automatically. I hope others will benefit from lessons learned by Zoro. I am now satisfied with the outcome.

Useless

Useless. Made an order, waited a week before contacting them to ask where the order was. I was told it had been lost in transit. I was offered a replacement or refund, I opted for replacement as I was assured I’d have the item in 3-5 business days, 10 days have now past with no order and they are extremely slow at trying to process a refund. Avoid

Absolutely shocking company to deal with

I ordered a generator from Zoro but decided to cancel the order 11 hours later. Four days later I received an invoice from Zoro and a few hours later the cancelled generator was delivered. I contacted Zoro customer service and was told that I would have to arrange tracked delivery to their return address at my expense. It was only after me pointing out some of the finer details of the Distance Selling Regulations and advising Zoros customer services agent that I was happy to let my solicitor deal with this issue that I received a return advice. I then contacted Zoros customer service to arrange a suitable date for collection which was last Wednesday. They sent our local postie to collect but I explained to him the size of the ‘parcel’ so he contacted Parcelfarce to explain the problem. I called Zoro customer service again this morning and now I am waiting for an update on collection which may or may not happen. Absolutely shocking service and beyond belief that Zoro seem to think that regulations do not apply to them. Oh, and I’m still waiting for them to refund me. I can see my solicitor being busy.

When an order is time is placed there is usually a 30 minute window of being able to cancel it before the item(s) are picked and packed by our warehouse team, so on this occasion we were unable to cancel the order. After looking at your order I can see that the goods have been collected today and once received back then the refund will be processed back on the original method of payment. Very poor

I ordered a sprayer on 12th May with delivery date set for 15th, got to the beginning of June and still hadn't received item so I cancelled the order only for them to deliver a few days later, which would have been good if it was a complete package. Lots of bits missing and now I can't get replacements or refund
