Enough is enough stop wasting people's time

I've been messed about for a month now saying goods not in stock or can't deliver or do. You have a forklift

Then low and behold after being messed about they cancelled the order . It's not the first time

I am sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience with us, and that it isn't an isolated incident.
Having checked the item code you have supplied, I have been recently made aware that this item is not deliverable to certain postcodes due to the warehouse courier contracts and am assuming that this may have been the ultimate reason for the order being cancelled.
As this is an issue that was brought to our attention recently, our website is currently being updated with relevant restrictions on delivery postcodes.

Why doesn’t everybody know of this company. Old school brilliant wooden brushes, brissane and coco, fantastic everything, great prices, super service and environmental packaging. I’m so thrilled, buy from here, you will not be disappointed. This is a true find and true honest report from 70 year old lady in Dorset.

Super fast delivery

I placed an order at nearly 8pm on 6th May. Today, 10am 8th May my order has been delivered!
Absolutely delighted with such a fantastic service and will be using again!

First time buying from Zoro but it will…

First time buying from Zoro but it will probably be the last. We placed an order on the 8th April and were given a date for delivery within 4-6 days. However each time the date expired we were given new dates all the way through to 30th April which is when we cancelled the order. At no time were we given an explanation whether the items were in stock or not. We were constantly told that they had been dispatched which was obviously a lie. Had we been told that the items were out of stock we would have gone elsewhere. This is what we did and placed an order with a well known online site and the items were delivered the following day and it also stated that the items were actually obtained from Zoro !!! Very poor customer service. In future please let people know the truth.

I am sorry to hear that the service you received was not up to the standard we expect for our customers. We should have been able to give a reason for delayed orders, whether it was due to a delay with stock, or an item being no longer available.
I am pleased to hear that you were able to source these elsewhere and had them delivered next day.
We are looking into being more efficient in updating our website when goods are delayed/not available and do appreciate these issues being brought to our attention.

Excellent customer experience

Excellent customer experience. Had a small problem with the delivery (courier's fault, not Zoro's), and the Zoro team resolved the issue quickly and effectively. Recommended for your metal needs.

Great Value items

Decided at long last to get some number drills.This HSS set is outstanding value.60 drills for under £25.00
At checkout,their system even advises what more you need to spend to qualify for free shipping!

Easy to use website, excellent service

Easy to use website, very good prices for the items that I was purchasing. Once purchased, the email updates were excellent and swift. The entire process from clicking “buy” to having the actual items delivered was very fast. Excellent service!

First and last time using this company

First and last time using this company. Had never heard of them before. Office shredder (one of many models) offered online at a very low price. I contacted customer service to check whether it was too good to be true, identifying the model. CS asked for confirmation of the Zoro model number, which I gave. I heard nothing further despite sending a chaser. A few days later the item was still on offer on the website at the same low price, so I bought it as clearly they did not think it needed altering. I received confirmation of the purchase, with quite a long delivery date. Fine. Account showed all in order, item being processed. Today was the day of supposed delivery but I abruptly received an email cancelling the order as 'No stock'. Very shoddy at the very least, as I consider the contract is effective and had given notice of any possible problem with the price. I have now had a constructive conversation with Helen from Zoro who has apologised for the messing around and explained that there was a system problem with information from the supplier which is now being addressed.

As we discussed, this was an internal pricing error on our website. After reviewing your order and feedback, I have identified similar issues with other items from the same supplier. We are addressing this as a priority, and updates are already being made to our website.

I understand that you initially reached out to our customer service team about the pricing before placing your order but did not receive a response clarifying the mistake. As a result, you proceeded with the order in good faith, only for it to be cancelled upon dispatch. I sincerely apologise for this experience. In regards to the email that Kelly had initially responded to, I have asked her not to respond due to me calling you. I don't want you to be bombarded with any more messages regarding this that may add to any confusion.

To prevent further confusion, this item has now been marked as unavailable while we continue reviewing our pricing. We are also assessing other shredders from the same supplier to ensure accuracy moving forward.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and I appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

Just own up to your mistakes

First time using company, and will be the last. Placed order on 14th March for delivery 21st March, for an item that was very very competitively priced. Order acknowledged, but then sat in a processing state until the day before expected delivery. On this day, 4 working days after placing order, received a cancellation notice that simply said 'Quantity of 1/1 product(s) is cancelled for unable to deliver to this address'. Queried this further and was advised instead that 'We are currently in the process of removing this from our website as it is not available as a UK product it has an EU plug.' . I responded that this was not an issue as have plenty of EU adaptors already in use for EU devices and after a week have still had no response to this. The same item is still available from the website today at a ridiculously low price but has increased slightly so changes have been made. Clearly fobbed off with pricing mistakes being made and in summary a very poor customer service. Will be steering clear in the future.

What great customer service these guys have. So helpful and polite. 100% use them again just on just how good their customer services are! I’ve used them a couple of times and each time they have been so helpful. Also quick to resolve any queries

Do not buy from this company

On January 8th, I purchased an item that was listed as in stock and was supposed to arrive within two weeks. A few days later, I received an email saying they didn’t have it in stock and the delivery would be delayed. After that, I got several more emails saying the item was on its way, but it was never delivered to me! It’s now March 22nd, and I still haven’t received anything, nor have I been refunded. They are lying to customers. Do not shop at this store!
