When i went to pick up meds i was told that they needed my medical aid number and i went back to ask for that number and i never got a response...ended up paying cash

Quick delivery but better support required
Order was delivered quickly and the team was very communicative. I had to google explainer videos to ensure that I did everything correctly, because the language inside the tests is for medical professionals/nurses/similar. The tests worked well, I think, but I don't think they should be taken without medical or professional guidance to ensure they are being done correctly.

Only reason I removed one star is because it doesnt seem like the website is maintained - for example i had to start a whatsapp chat with the team in order to order my medication since the link on the website was not working - bit frustrating.
