I was just disappointed for not getting my medication on time. but any way thanks for the contingency plan as they have sent me electronica voucher because we were heading for long weekend.

I didn’t receive my package

I didn't receive my medication which was sad but then i received a voucher and from that voucher i did and could have bought me medication at my nearest Clicks so that makes you guys good to me and plus the doctor was very helpful so I'm grateful for the the service.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the product ordered and what was received. Zoie health quickly resolved the issue gave my cash back, and I am a very happy customer who will continue using them.

Package took time to arrive medication is Medvedev urgently and you deliver 3 days later very poor a person could die b4 you deliver do batter

The package arrived in good time. Products quite easy to use, though I wish the type of specimen should be specified on the advert so that a customer can be informed and decide it they can be able to extract such specimen by themselves and if not plan ahead. The blood specimen is easy but the other type requires more expertise to draw.

Please update your website as to who else stocks test for STD's. You have Dischem Lifestyle crossing on the list an they didn't even know who you are.

Loved: Incredibly speedy delivery, discrete to Pudo, and easy to use instructions:

Not so loved: 1 of the tests are not usable by men as it's for trich, and two of the other ones can be male-tested, but only with lab equipment, or a male urethral swab which was not included.

Advice for future? Help remote the stigma of male health testing by making it more accessible for us. I'll never walk into a local store and ask for a urethral swab.
