And lastly before sending the client or patient at the pharmacy please try to be sure about the pharmacy before sending the patient because I went to clicks several times wherelse I was supposed to go to Dischem .

Had i very bad experience with your company, im still waiting for my prescription and letter for referral to see the doctor. There is no communication, feedback nothing , yet the money is being deducted every month. I had to buy medicine to reduce the pain.

Overall, I found the session very helpful and supportive. The counsellor listened well, understood my situation and made me feel heard. Although they seemed a little unsure when there wasn't an immediate resolution, I appreciate their willingness to work through a complicated situation with me. A longer session option would have been helpful, but I appreciate the assistance with arranging a future appointment if needed.

The phone call was straight forward and the consultant was very professional.

i will heal while waiting for medication .. telephone consultation at 13:30 pm. i have severe flu symptoms .. the lovely doctor prescribed medicine .. its now 16:45 .. no communication whatsoever and i havent recieved my medication
