Use by dates far too short ie 3 months. I have purchased from other companies on line and have always had 12 months plus.

Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately, some confectionery items do have much longer best before dates than others and it of course varies due to the nature of the ingredients used in the products.
We do state on our terms and conditions that we can only guarantee 2-3 months (much shorted on USA/Japanese items) on the majority of our range as this is an industry wide guarantee used by manufacturers.
We contacted the manufacturer of the item that was dated August 2023 on your order after your e-mail and they confirmed that they guarantee a minimum best before date of 2 months on this item.
The other items from your order were dated December 2023 which again, for those items, the manufacturers confirmed they would only guarantee around 3-4 months although these items do usually have a much longer shelf life as received.
If you wish to return any of the items from the order, we would be happy to refund you on any unopened items once recieved.

Took longer than expected to process…
Took longer than expected to process order and deliver , even with express delivery was a day later than told .
But most importantly the sweets were great and the delivery issues nothing to do with zapp ,but the courier
