I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Their communication was great and delivery was quick.
Had a couple of questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly and with a sense of humour!!
It’s rare these days to come across a business that truly prioritises customer service, as well as having a sense of humour!! This company absolutely does. They’ve restored my faith that excellent service still exists, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use them again!

I have ordered from these folks a few times, and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection, really good prices, and honestly, I think they might be geniuses, based on the brilliant descriptions on the website, and the invariably clever packaging. Shipping is fast, there are loyalty discounts... what's not to love? I will order from them again and again!

This is the second time I have ordered from Sweet Genie. The value is always great and the kids love the sweets (they were for party bags). The packaging is so cute, with personalised labels and ribbons, and the postage is super fast. I won't use any other company other than them now, both times have been fantastic.

Bought some Haribo friendship rings for a Christmas present. Purchase was really easy and straightforward, item was sent really quickly via Royal Mail and the sweets were delicious.
