Item ordered/agreed dispatched on 05/10 and its the 10/10 and still not delivered

It arrived faster than I expected and I loved the way it had been packed

Really pleased with my experience at Well Pharmacy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and my prescription was ready exactly when promised. They took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Genuinely excellent service, and I'll be back.
One thing that is worth mentioning, I would prefer collection rather than delivery for my Mounjaro, if possible in the future.

Ordering is so easy. Arrived within 2 days.

I ordered my repeat medication in plenty of time and received it on the 8 October but the crucial medication which I have to take first thing on a Monday was not in the delivery . It’s Bisphosphonates I now have non so am very worried - hence my peer review

I made my appointment for my flu jab through well pharmacy Ayr website was was very straightforward and easy and on and before the day I received reminder texts which was fab
On the day of my appointment I was met instore by a lovely woman called Lesley who from the get go made me feel very relaxed I filled out a form then was asked to go into the room for my jab. Lesley was very gentle and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process
When I got to the till Lesley also pointed out the sign and save £5 deal which is a fantastic saving
I usually don’t review but the customer service I received today from Lesley was second to none she’s fab at her job and should be recognised
I will definitely be back next year Well Pharmacy in Ayr is a wee gem of a place with brilliant staff

Well pharmacy does a good job. They send out an email to let me know when the GP has prescribed a new medication for me. I then go ahead to pay for the prescription on their website and order for it to be sent to my home without paying delivery fees. The whole process is usually hassle free. They have their pharmacist calm me to check in on how I’m taking on a new medication. I’m not sure if this service is unique to all pharmacy’s but Well does it so well.

Immediate emails received advising where they are in the processing stage. Good communication with my surgery and orders received within 7 days. I've been very happy and my whole family are happy with the service too.

It takes to long to get tablets out. Needs to change delivery service

Dreadful customer service at the Lydd branch. My elderly mother and I have been forced to permanently move our prescriptions to New Romney due to ongoing poor treatment and refusal of service.
On a recent visit, a new staff member refused to look for a prescription, claiming to be "too busy." When I asked for the manager, a different new staff member stepped out, falsely pretended to be in charge, and was aggressively rude and confrontational. When I tried to resolve this privately, management completely ignored my formal complaints—and now they are attempting to silence public feedback by having legitimate reviews removed instead of fixing the branch.
The only reason to visit this pharmacy is when Elle and Elizabeth are working; they are consistently kind, professional, and a credit to the store. Sadly, the toxic environment created by the other staff members made continuing to use this branch impossible. Avoid.

‘Well’ is well intentioned, but slow and do not prioritise customer service. I have had instances where packages are delivered damaged, due to poor packaging & never offered a replacement. When ordering a replacement it was blocked as they has to ‘limit their stock’ & made assumptions on why I reordered, even though my GP approved it. The long and short! Use someone else, as they have the best intentions, but customer service is poor, really poor!

12 months ago I would have awarded 5 stars but the last 6 months have shown a real decline in the service. This is for the prescription service delivered through the app. 12 months ago it was reliable and fast. Place the order, GP confirms. Payment is made and around 4 days later the prescription arrives. However, now we seem to have a situation whereby once payment is made it takes at least 5 days for prescription to be dispatched. This typically takes a full 7 days to arrive. Given the GP can take a few days to approve it means getting a prescription filled is a minimum of 2 week process. The app and mail order is supposed to streamline the process but the constant delays just causes frustration and instances where we risk running out of medication. Disappointing.
