We were absolutely thrilled when our daughter’s poem, which she entered through her school, was selected for publication in a Young Writers book. Seeing her work in print and receiving a copy of the book was such a proud and memorable moment for our family.

The customer service we received from Young Writers was excellent. Every query was handled promptly and professionally, and the team was always friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting for our daughter, encouraging her love of writing and creativity.

I had an issue with ordering 7 books and 3 of them being damaged on arrival. I spoke with Lily, who was very helpful and is arranging replacement books to be sent. Thank you Lily!
