Friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable price and with good results in converting a 30 year old tape.

I used Transfermagic to digitise quite a number of 8mm cine films which my father had taken in the 1960s and 70s. The results were much better than I had expected and I have now sent the films to my wider family who have enjoyed watching footage of holidays and weddings etc from long ago.

I can not recommend TransferMagic highly enough. Pete was so helpful transferring video cassette films and an old audio cassette to a pen drive. He was patient with all my questions and the job was completed quicker than expected. It was incredible to see these family videos again after over 20 years. Brilliant!

I brought some Super8 and Standard 8 films from Mexico... stuff no one has seen in 50+ years... I brought them to transfermagic.. 3 weeks later.. i got them all digitized and when watching them I went back in time.. seeing your dad and mum younger thatn you is special... the service was amazing and i cannot recommed more...

I used Transfermagic a few months ago. I had a selection of old Kodak square slides digitised and put on to a usb. The style of slide required a lesser used equipment. Pete did an amazing job and the recipient is delighted. In addition, Pete has contacted me to say that my records are about to be deleted and did I need further back up. Well done, Pete!

I used Transfermajic to digitise some old family films for me. The process was 1st class, with regular updates. My children and grandchildren have seen some of the memories I spoke about. A joy to see again all the family who have passed. A lot of happy events and a lots of tears. Transfermagic gave me the chance to see not only memories but events I had forgotten about. Thank you.

I used Transfermagic several weeks ago to digitise some old 9.5mm cine films showing a family wedding from the 1950s. The usb sticks now allow us to view these on our laptops etc to the amusement of my children and grandchildren who enjoy seeing me as a 9 year old. Great job by Pete and highly recommended.

I initially had reservations about using a third party to digitise my vhs-c tapes, believing I could do this just as well myself as well as being reluctant to trust someone else with a precious lifetime of memories. Transfermagic alleviated my fears with their professionalism and excellent customer service and the results were phenomenal. The quality of the digital copies is far better than anything I could have achieved on my own and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The service here lives up to its name! For years, I had put off getting about 40+ old 8mm cine reels converted to digital but when my golden wedding was approaching I could wait no longer! The quality of the reproduction is first class and all these old memories have become part of our grandchildren's experience now. Wonderful! The turnaround time is good, the staff are very friendly, keen to help and the parking is easy. I knew these 8m films were so precious - some going back to images of old family relatives in the sixties - and was understandably a little apprehensive about parting with them in any circumstances but I needn't have been because the whole experience was reassuring from start to finish and I now have digitalised formats that I can now convert into powerpoints etc for future generations. Thank you, Transfer Magic, you've made a lot of my family and me very happy!

Having found some old VHS tapes, I asked The Google where the nearest place was to have them transferred to DVD and was delighted to find Transfermagic, a mere 5 minute walk away. Bob and Iain answered my email questions promptly and I duly took the tapes in - turns out digital is the way to go rather than DVD - and I now have all the files on a USB. I can't recommend Transfermagic highly enough - they're friendly, quick and super helpful. Five stars!

This is the second time I have used transfer magic to transfer videos from VHS to digital , once to iCloud once to USB. Both times great service.

Thanks for the great service. The tapes from 1962 were cleaned up and for the first time we heard songs from long gone relatives. Very moving.
