I have had some problems and I will be the first to say that most of them were caused by my lack of knowledge. Having said that I have never received better support than I have received from your staff, especially Nick Gaston. He has been very helpful and continues to be as helpful as possible.

Dreadful
40 day warranty is ridiculous, mine died in under 20 hours of use, but the spindle died after 1 hour.
It has never cut to the correct depth, to which they blame the software and wash their hands of you.
The base boards come with so few inserts that smaller pieces wont hold.
this piece of rubbish has cost me a fortune in parts, and ruined wood.
as soon as i can afford a decent machine i will buy one.
DO NOT be an early user for any of yorahomes machines, you will be left with nothing but scrap.

On trying to issue legal proceedings I discovered that their U.K. support is actually some bloke who is a customer of theirs, not an employee, they have no U.K. base and again, hide behind foreign law.
On asking about issuing outside of the U.K. I was told “knock yourself out, you haven’t a hope at that”, and that they extended the 40 day warranty to 1 year based on my experience, but mine wouldn’t be warranted because of my negative (honest) reviews.

Avoid at all cost.

Jim provided excellent support and worked on finding a solution to my problem. His video made the complicated instructions easier to follow so that I could install Hershey Fonts SVGs to my YoraDraw.

YoraHome has the best customer service of any company I know of. They always respond within 3 to 12 hours. If you order something it is processed the next morning and shipped right away. The support and files on the website for support help you alot. Thank you Jeremy

I had a controller board fail within hours of starting to use the new CNC machine. I emailed YoraHome and got a response the next day. After some additional test it was decided the controller needed to go back for repair or replacement. YoraHome emailed a return label and I returned the controller. In a few days they had fixed/replaced the bad board and returned the controller.

Yorahome support is always very fast to respond. They know their product, and the software packages that control them. I have both laser and cnc router. They are good handling either.

I had some technical difficulties and they responded quickly, Nick even called me and gave me some things to try and fix my 6060. Luckily it is working great. This machine is very quiet and squared right out the box. I’ve a few CNCs and this one far better to work with. Thanks Yorahome Team!

I was put in contact with Jim Rarey through the YoraHome Facebook page, and he immediatly contacted me back with things to check. When the results of the suggestions didn't correct the problem, I asked if I could send him the control board to check if it was defective or if I was doing something wrong. I sent him the board and he confirmed that it was defective and immediately sent me a new one. I installed the new board and it works great!! Jim is absolutely awesome to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond. Thanks a Million!!!

I had a bad limit switch during assembly, I reached out on a Sunday and was taken care of quickly on Monday morning. Great service!

Geno & Keri from YoraHome went above and beyond to solve our equipment failure issues in a fair and expedited manner.

I contacted YoraHome with an issue on my 6550 Pro. The team responded right away. I was contacted via Zoom and Geno walked me through several steps to resolve my issues and after determining that I needed to replace my controller board it was mailed out right away. I should mention the reason my machine had problems was because of my mistake and had nothing to do with product.

The staff are always quick to answer questions and help out. The staff are very professional.
