I would like to say a few words about the support I have received from the Yorahome Support Staff. When I ordered my Mandrill 3036 last June I had absolutely no experience with any type of CNC. In retirement I have a workshop where I make US Flags, Cutting Boards, etc.

I have had a few problems recently having to do with software, hardware, software settings, etc. The support I have received from the Yorahome support staff has been impeccable. Every question or situation I have encountered has been answered in 24 hours or less. Nick, Jim, Jeremy and everyone else have been totally helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Keep up the great work. Your support is always at the 5 STAR Level. Thanks!!

Customer service response was amazing and incredibly fast! Jeremy solved my problem and had the solution ready and shipped out within a few minutes! I made a silly mistake and broke the USB port on the controller board and he had me fixed up quickly. Couldn't be happier with how YoraHome supports their customers!

So far all I can give Yorahome is nothing but praise from my initial purchase to sorting out a couple of problems that I had afterwards all quickly and efficiently dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking at buying a product from them a big thumbs-up from me Mark has been brilliant all the way through.

I first had YoraHome's 3018-Pro and it was a really great machine. Can do carvings and laser engraving. Then I had their YoraHome Mini Laser engraver which is also very useful in engraving on small areas. What makes me keep on purchasing from YoraHome is their amazing customer service and knowledgeable tech support team. I send them an email and I get a response from them within an hour or two. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and anyone who is looking for a company that cares about their customer.

I have had 2 major issues with my product. My last resort is to contact tech support. But both issues I couldn't find what I needed to fix my problem myself. But I am glad I did. Both times I had a very prompt response and with a few emails problem resolved.

While assembling the kit, a gear chain was too short; company owner - the owner! reached out on Facebook and email and offered suggestion, as well as replacement part to be shipped out ASAP.

Was unhappy about first request for help, they sent me a survey sent it back and 2 minutes later I got a phone call from Jeremy to explain their response which broke down to miss communication, most companys just blow off bad reviews, was very impressed with knowledge and help.

YoraHome Customer Service in head and shoulders above the competition. I ordered an extension kit for my 6060. The next day the order was shipped. I was able to receive the shipment when I needed it. Thank you Jeremy for all you do!
