Prompt customer satisfaction
I haven't been able to get a consistent burn on anything lately. Super slow and several hours to run. Not counting how many boards I've had to scrap or sand down. Emailed the company as I had just upgraded my laser from a 3.5 watt to a 15-watt in Novemver after using the 3.5 for over a year. Definitely wasn't happy with the results. I was getting off the 15-watt. They asked for photos of the beam in power and said the lense was malfunctioned.
They sent out a replacement laser right away. I'm back up and running

While making my decision between 3 brands regarding a CNC Router, I reached out to Yorahome support with a question about the spindle provided with the Silverback 6060. I recieved an answer to my question within a couple hours and made my decision to be the proud purchaser of the Silverback. You can't beat that quality of service!
Lightening Fast customer service!!
I experienced a hiccup while assembling my new 6550 Pro. I immediately filled out a contact form on the website and elated when I received a response just minutes later. My initial reply was asking for photos of the part on my machine for better perspective, with which I immediately complied. Less than ten minutes later, I received a phone call from YoraHome and they provided me with instructions on how to rectify my issue…which I did. As a new YoraHome customer, I am completely impressed with the level of service and can be more confident about my purchase.

I do not have one of these lasers, but am contemplating one. Asking questions first helps clear the way for me. I asked a technical question and got back - quickly - a reply that was equally technical and highlighted a problem with assisted inert air on lasers. I was impressed. It stays on my list.

Customer support is amazing. I had a power issue with my new machine, and once I was sent the proper wiring configuration I was up and running.
