Well where do we start this company went above an beyond to make sure my questions were answered by Jermey unsteady as he know the product . When you talk to Jermey you are talking to someone that truly cares about getting you the right product the first time helps you threw the whole sale he was there to help I bought my machine because the customer service was above and beyond thanks again Jermey

The promptness and knowlage of the support staff(Jeremy) it extremly helpful. The respond with guidance, tips, and links to assist if getting your issue fixed.

Before I even bought a laser I called them with questions. They were easy to talk to and always encouraged questions. That helped make my decision to buy from them. Currently, I had an issue with a new laser and board. An entire week with tech support and persistents payed off. They stayed with me and got it back up and running again. Can't thank them enough. I am not techy at all and they did not seem to mind. The tech team is one of the best.

Once again Yorahome steps up! I had a minor issue installing a part on my Silverback over the weekend. I send an email to support but with it being Saturday afternoon I assumed I would not hear back until Monday. Within an hour I received a reply from Jeremy with the answers I needed to complete the install.

I had an issue with my laser and the crew at Yorahome were more than helpful in resolving the problem for me.

Customer support is awesome! Purchased and received Yora Silverback that had a bad stepper motor. I sent an email to support and had a response the next morning that a new one was being shipped out.
