Before I even bought a laser I called them with questions. They were easy to talk to and always encouraged questions. That helped make my decision to buy from them. Currently, I had an issue with a new laser and board. An entire week with tech support and persistents payed off. They stayed with me and got it back up and running again. Can't thank them enough. I am not techy at all and they did not seem to mind. The tech team is one of the best.

Once again Yorahome steps up! I had a minor issue installing a part on my Silverback over the weekend.
