I needed a part (spindle) that was not offered. I tried a chat and typed in that I needed an invoice for a spindle. The chat said that the business was closed. I figured that I would send them an email. Before I could get halfway through the email, I heard a ding from the chat box open in another browser tab. They replied that they emailed me an invoice! I love this company because the support is the best I have ever worked with.

Once again Yorahome comes through! Sent a message to support before 8:00am ET about a part I needed. I received a reply within 5 minutes. Order was generated and waiting for payment. Thank you!

This is not a company that sells you something then if something goes wrong can never get in contact for months, Yorahome has the best customer support you could ask for no matter how small your query is and as for the machines they sell well I’ve had mine a few years now and upgraded as you do as new bits come along and my 6550 is still producing fantastic results now as it did a few months after I bought it (the first months I produced a lot of firewood🤣) but with the help of the group I was soon on my way even to the point people ask me for advice 😎. The 6550 is a great starting point for beginners and experienced people as well so open your mind to the endless possibilities of producing your very own work trust me you won’t regret it

I love everything about my Yorahome experience! Customer service top notch! Product is great and if you do have a problem they are there to help! Everything e I’ve needed help or advice I got friendly service. They have a FB page for users that they maintain very well always positive support, ideas, suggestions.

Recently bought the Silver Back 6060 with the 1010 upgrade kit. Assembly was easy. Upgraded to the Makita Router and added the Router Controller to automatically turn on and off with each job. Love the large cutting area. Have done several 3d carvings with great success. The accuracy is right on.

The support staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful with answering my questions. Will definitely be buying more from YoraHome. Thank you guys.

Great customer service! I have needed two things since purchasing a 6550 laser engraving machine and I have been very impressed by the experience. Both time they had a new part in the mail and to me within a couple of days!

I have submitted several emails over the last several years since I purchased my Silverback 6060. Jeremy and everyone at yorahome have exceeded my expectations for customer service. I’ve always gotten a response within an hour if not immediately. There has been nothing I haven’t been able to figure out with their help. From set up of my machine to where I can find extra parts. Yorahome has won my business for life with their support alone. Their machines speak for themselves.

Started with 6550 great machine, paid for the machine with first job I got after getting it up and running. One year later purchased second machine 6550 pro. Was amazed at all the new stuff I could do with 6550 pro. Still using both machines I've gotten so busy I just ordered a second 6550 pro. My hat is off to YoraHome for their customer service and great machines. Look forward to the day I get the chance to try the silverback.
