The customer service of this company has been unmatched by a long shot. I needed a new control board and power cord and Jeremy K fixed me right up. I wasn't sure what I needed so I sent a pic and he knew exactly what I needed.
Top Notch Service and Communication
Was having some issue with the laser that I purchased. When I had contact Yorahome. They set up a conference call and then I had phone issues. We did some email communications to trouble shoot the issues.
They had set up a parts exchange and we did a tutorial when I got it all set back up.
Nick and Jim found the issue within a few minutes.
They were really great to chat with and I might say I am a little embarrassed to say that I did not catch the issues.
These guys are on top of the game and it was a pleasure meeting and learning from them.

Unparalleled Support
When I bought the YoraHome 3018, must be 10-12 months ago, I couldn't purchase a Z-PROBE for it. I did eventually get one from Amazon but it stayed in it's plastic bag for many weeks. I went to install it, and could not find adequate instructions. All I really needed was the mother board pins. I put out the call for help and within minutes, Jim responded and I was up and running with the Z-PROBE shortly after. If memory serves me correctly, this is about the third request for help I have had and the other two times I had a similar response. Thanks team! Great work!

I needed a screw for my spindle mount…
I needed a screw for my spindle mount on my silverback 6060. I needed it quick! Completely my fault because I stripped the screw. They responded immediately and not only are they sending me entire spindle mount but they are doing it under the warranty! I will never own another brand machine or use another company. Hands down the best!
