Superb and attentive customer service with great solutions to my issue.

We received our 6550 Laser engraver and we were putting it together and realized we were missing the controller board. I contacted via the chat on the website on a Sunday afternoon when they were closed and had a phone call in less than 5 minutes helping me figure out what we were all missing and was told the missing material would be shipped out next day and was sent a tracking number when I got off the phone with the gentleman! Great customer service!

My experience with YoraHome has always been good. I purchased the " silverback" 2 years ago, and just purchased the 6550pro. Everytime I have had a question, they were very quick to respond, and very knowledgeable with the machine.

Phoned about purchase lost with UPS. Was able to have another shipped within an hour

Bought a package for everything i would need lazer and cnc. Customer Support was very helpful when lazer was late. Even called me on the weekend to make sure it was ok.

I experienced trouble with the spindle on my CNC router, it stopped spinning. I reached out the Yorahome customer support team and received a quick response. After providing them a bit more information they informed me that replacement parts had been shipped to me. A tracking number was even provided. The replacement parts that arrived, exceeded my expectations and had me up and running. I bought from this company because of the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to it. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They have been available to help me when ever I need it, and the product (6550 Laser Engraver) is a great machine.

Had a question about banding when laser engraving photos. Nick was kind enough to take his time and gave me multiple options on resolving my issue. He is to be commended for sharing his expertise.

Amazing Support and warranty replaced the whole system when we had trouble trying to get things worked out and now everything is running like it should.
Many times we had to correspond with very different time zone and nearly always we were able to work out a suitable time to suit both Yorahome support and myself.

So I got my new used printer however it won’t boot up I only get a creality screen and cannot do anything
