We received our 6550 Laser engraver and…
We received our 6550 Laser engraver and we were putting it together and realized we were missing the controller board. I contacted via the chat on the website on a Sunday afternoon when they were closed and had a phone call in less than 5 minutes helping me figure out what we were all missing and was told the missing material would be shipped out next day and was sent a tracking number when I got off the phone with the gentleman! Great customer service!

My experience with YoraHome has always been good. I purchased the " silverback" 2 years ago, and just purchased the 6550pro. Everytime I have had a question, they were very quick to respond, and very knowledgeable with the machine.

I experienced trouble with the spindle on my CNC router, it stopped spinning. I reached out the Yorahome customer support team and received a quick response. After providing them a bit more information they informed me that replacement parts had been shipped to me. A tracking number was even provided. The replacement parts that arrived, exceeded my expectations and had me up and running. I bought from this company because of the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to it. Thanks for the great service Jim and the Yorahome team.

Had a question about banding when laser engraving photos. Nick was kind enough to take his time and gave me multiple options on resolving my issue. He is to be commended for sharing his expertise.
