Silverback Start-up help
Over the course of several days, Mark from Yorahome walked me step by step through resolution of my start up issues with my new Silverback. Once we had resolved all the issues Mark thanked me for my patience as we worked around the time zone issues. I told him I totally understood as I had been stationed in the UK many years ago while in the USAF. Mark then forwarded me a UTube video of a tour of the base I was stationed at as it now looks. Great support and great memories!!

I had a software mishap that I had done…
I had a software mishap that I had done on my mandrill machine. I emailed them (yorahome) and to my surprise, I had a response in just a few hours. Jim was the tech that was helping me with the software issue. He went way above and beyond helping me solve my issue. My mandrill was back up and running within a few hours and has been perfect ever since. Great customer service!!!!!!

Jim has been working through an issue we had and was able to get the 6550 Pro working again through looking at a few videos we sent and narrowing the problem down.
We have three Yora Home products (2 x lasers and 1 x Silverback CNC) and the reason we purchased them was the warranty and support they offer.

Mandrill issue
I had an issue with my mandrill which I could not troubleshoot on my own. I e mailed support and Nick immediately started helping me. It was a tricky fix that took a while to diagnose. But, at no time did I ever feel unsupported. I have to say, some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. These guys are awesome! Thanks to Nick and Jim, I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was.

I have been a customer of YoraHome for years. I originally bought the 6550 Laser Engraver and fell in love with the quality of the machine. I then bought the Silverback CNC Router and the projects keep coming. I just recently bought the 6550-Pro and after assembling, the power supply stopped working. I contacted Support and Jim worked his magic and sent off a replacement power supply to me. Great service!
