I have been using Yorahome products for 2 years now. Over that time period I have had a few questions and ordered additional accessory items for my Silverback 6060. My questions have been answered by a support member in a short time frame and accurately as to fixing my problem. All accessories or spare parts have been received within two weeks of order sometimes the same week.

The support you get and video how to's are great. I have a 3028 cnc and a 6550 laser both machines are fantastic

After researching and deciding upon a CrossRiver, I had questions that I wanted answered prior to the purchase. I wrote, received an immediate response and thorough answers. So far, the attention that I've received is impressive. I'm really looking forward to getting the machine.

I am an artisan that has used lasers for about 4 years and recently changed to yora from a competitor's laser. Like anything, I had a bit of a learning curve as I pivoted to the new machine, but the support I received from their team enabled me to learn and pivot quickly. I'm pleased with the product and service. The service team went above and beyond to make it a good experience.

I had an issue with an order. I used the chat system to contact YORA and the issue was resolved in minutes. Things happen .. that’s life, it’s how it is dealt with that counts. This was excellent service.

I email after hours for some information on a product I misordered. Within 10 mins, Jeremy answered and gave me the informaion I wanted to hear. These guys a reat!! Evrytime I have ever hade a question or problem, they are always there to help. Weekdays and weekends. They are always there. This is what you call Customer Service at its best!!!

I was having a problem with my control board. Yora asked for a picture to know the area that I was speaking about. Within minutes they let me know exactly what I needed. It's hard to find good customer service these days. This is truly a caring company. I didn't have to wait days to get a response. Thanks Yora!

YoraHome has done it again!
I had a belt tensioner break on my 65100 20 watt laser engraver on a Saturday.
I emailed them the type machine I have, an explanation of the part needed and sent 2 pictures, the part and the place it goes.
Within a few hours, I received an invoice and personal email telling me it was ready for payment and delivery.
I can't get this type of customer service from any large box store.
Customer service is incredible!

I was so pleased with the quick response to a question about the VeraHome 6550. They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support. Highly recommended!!!

There is nothing unusual to note in this review because the support team at YoraHome once again proved they're the best when it comes to customer service. It seems almost impossible to me to overstate what a terrific job they do, time after time.

I was having problems with my silverback z-axis and after several months of trying to troubleshoot, I was asked to send the controller and wiring harness in to be tested. I did and I can honestly say I was reluctant to do so since I had troubleshot the whole thing. It turns out the problem must have been in my controller. I have it back now and it is back to carving like a beast.
