Himalaya Valley provided online yoga to everybody free of charge when the Corona Virus changed our world in March. There presence online with familiar faces guiding us through the classes was both reassuring and comforting in a time of uncertainty. Their primiary concern has always been for us, the student. Our safety and well-being far outweighed any business needs, and for this I am truly grateful.
Himalaya Valley now provide an extensive and varied range of online classes. For a very reasonable monthly rate I have unlimited access to online classes, and a wide range of recorded classes. This is a more than generous offer from Himalaya Valley.I have no hesitation recommending Himalaya’s online yoga to anyone, a journey you won’t regret. I HOPE one day we will return to studio yoga and rejoyce again in the presence of the wonderful Yogis and Teachers.
Remember Hope is a good thing.

They have wide choice of classes and at various times throughout the day that would suit most people.They have made yoga affordable to myself and others with their online zoom classes, so thanks himalayan yoga

Thank you so much to everyone at Himalaya Yoga Valley for looking after their students during this very difficult time. When everything shut down so suddenly last March Himalaya was so quick to get online with their students through zoom. Seeing my teachers everyday giving classes from their homes was a great help in getting me through the lockdown. The teachers were always there to chat and take any questions after the class which was wonderful. All of this was provided by HYV for free over two months. There were classes at every level to suit everyone. After two months classes were charged at €9.99 per month for unlimited classes which is excellent value.
I can't thank Lalit, Anca, Jim and Lisa enough for being there for all their yoga students. I know I would not have coped as well if they hadn't been there online for us.

I joined Himalaya Yoga Valley two years ago and can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever done. Up until March this year, I regularly attended a variety of classes in both studios in Ballincollig and in the City. When I walked through the front door of the studio, I immediately relaxed and started to unwind no matter what kind of a day I had. All the teachers are very experienced and so friendly and approachable and excellent in the support they offer.
Lalit always says that Yoga is a practice and I remind myself of that every class I attend. I dont feel any pressure to force myself to do something my body doesn't feel comfortable in doing. When the Pandemic hit in March, Himalaya offered free online classes for 8 weeks to everyone which was just such an amazing gesture. The first thing I thought of when the studio shut was.... What will I do without yoga so the online classes were a lifesaver . It has without a shadow of doubt helped me cope with all the change and uncertainty over the past few months, and I am so very grateful to Lalit and his wonderful team for all that they do..
The fact that there are not only Live online classes, but also a Library of classes to choose from is phenomenal.

I am new in yoga, I started during lock down and I started to practice everyday. It help me a lot during this times, the teachers are amazing, funny, positive and offer a lot of different possibilities in positions not to hurt yourself. Very good job. I am very happy that I can do online in my own comfort, the best idea.

I really enjoyed Himalaya Yoga Valley Cork's online classes, they were much needed during lockdown but even after that its be convenient to keep them up online. I thought it would be difficult for them to create the same calming environment through live video, but they achieved this with ease! It's really handy as well to be able to hop on to whichever class suited my time schedule on the day and if the level was too advanced for me, the instructors always offered alternatives and I found myself surprising myself at being able to do some of the more advanced moves, but as the instructors always recommend, Listen to your body!! If you are a beginner or physically challenged I found Anca and Lisa are great at easing you into the world of Yoga. Lalit is fantastic then to encourage you to challenge yourself but to also be patient as some of the moves take time!
