I’ve enjoyed my time at Himalaya Yoga Valley so much. The teachers are amazing - so friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The studio is also a lovely space for practice. I enjoyed the variety of classes and being able to have unlimited monthly membership to attend as many classes as I wish. Thank you Himalaya Yoga Valley 🫶🏻🧘🏻‍♀️

I 100% recommend Himalaya yoga classes. It has helped me regain my strength and confidence post Breast Cancer. Mary’s gentle yoga classes on wed not only is Mary an amazing teacher, she has kindly offered me advice and tips with my recovery. We’ve had the most wonderful experience at Himalaya Yoga Valley, Sonia our yogo instructor has gone above and beyond to create a welcoming, inclusive, and nurturing environment for our group of students with additional needs. From the very first session, the instructors showed incredible patience, adaptability, and genuine care, making each student feel comfortable and supported. The sessions are thoughtfully structured to meet a range of abilities, with clear guidance and a calm, encouraging atmosphere. It’s been amazing to see our students grow in confidence, body awareness, and relaxation skills

My experience at the Carrigaline Studio was highly positive. I appreciated the mix of different teaching and yoga styles, and the thoughtfulness of all the teachers I had the pleasure to meet.

Lovely studio! I only attended the South Mall studio in Cork City, but I'm sure the other studios are just as lovely. They provide everything you need for the classes, and you're free to bring your own. The teachers are knowledgeable and help you get the most out of your practice. An absolute delight - both in studio and online. Also, whenever I've needed to ask something over email, the replies were minutes away - very fast! Thank you for providing this space for us.

Really enjoy my weekly yoga classes with Himalaya Yoga Valley! All instructors are so welcoming and friendly. I recently reached out to customer services in relation to getting an extension on my 5-class membership which was due to experience, and they were extremely accommodating!

Be very careful when ordering an online subscription. The option to cancel is not clickable on the app, you will actually need to speak to their support staff online before they will allow it. To find the support address you must search the small print in the email confirming the account creation - it is not readily available. When you sign up it says you can manage your account from your dashboard but in fact you can only sign up and pay for things. When I asked how to fix it I was told this is working as intended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the February online teacher training course with Himalayan Yoga Valley. The course more than met my expectations.
I gained great understanding of the benefits of breathing techniques and meditation and enjoyed participating in early morning classes. I gained a good understanding of the benefits of the asanas and the importance of implementing correctly. Asanas were clearly deconstructed and explained and sequences excellent. The Anatomy, Ayurveda and Philosophy teachers were helpful and easy to listen to and I realised how each area is an integral part of the whole yoga. In particular I enjoyed Ayurveda of which I had no previous experience. I
All the teachers were enthusiastic and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this course to others.

I am completely new to yoga and am enjoying the classes at Himalaya Yoga Valley immensely. The teachers/guides are very skilled, gentle and generous in spirit and will. The experience is a wonderful journey into yoga and I am delighted that a friend recommended this centre. I have a long way to go in learning all the yoga poses!! But it doesn’t matter because I don’t feel hurried and the entire experience is of complete welcome and to go at your own pace and what you feel capable of doing at that point in time. As someone who suffers from daily chronic headaches because of a medical incident, I can get quite muddled in my thought processing at times. So if my head is particularly having a bad day and I can’t follow all the poses or instructions, there is no need to worry because there is always an option to take time out within the class. Or if my limbs aren’t doing what they should be, I don’t feel like a judgement is being made! Hopefully this is making some sort of sense!! My thanks to all the guides for sharing their knowledge in a safe, inclusive and uplifting space🌾🐘

I love all the online classes. Since I've been working from home I've been doing 5 yoga classes a week and I've never felt better!

I have gone through on a daily basis of yoga classes with Himalaya yoga valley. I have added these yoga classes were in my daily routine because I start my day with a peaceful yoga session to stay fit and handle my day with a positive mind. Teachers of these online classes are very intelligent and skilled with their profession they will guide you so well that you feel the yoga classes are worth

I’m really glad to have discovered Himalaya Yoga Valley online. They have a fantastic variety of live Yoga classes to choose from. There are also a library of recoded videos so you never miss out. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and instruct well and clear. It’s all very well organised professionally and friendly company.

We have regular yoga classes with Himalaya Yoga Valley Online, through work at Granite Digital. These classes have received incredible feedback and the numbers of attendees have grown each week. The classes are varied but still suitable for all levels. We have partners, husbands, wives and children taking part in our classes which is great! My colleagues love that they have their cameras on or off, whatever suits them, and makes them feel comfortable. Anca from Himalaya is like one of the Team at Granite at this stage; she is an absolute star. We are looking forward to lots more yoga classes in 2021!

Hymalaya yoga valley has been a lifeline for me over the past year. I find the team so generous with their time and care. I particularly find Anca and Lisa's practice so calming and easy to follow. The last time I was there, I attended the Yoga Retreat. And it was a treat, a real treat from beginning to end, being picked up at the airport to being dropped off at the end of my stay. I loved the warm and sincere welcome, my own large room with a huge balcony and constant hot water. The swimming pool is so well maintained and has plenty of shade, fresh towels, shower and chaise lounges which helped me get a super tan. The food is amazing and I suggest the Himalaya Yoga Valley invite Jamie Oliver to check it out! Most evenings involved attending local restaurants which were hand picked and of the highest standard and the lowest cost. The Greek Dancers at the Greek Restaurant was amazing. I look forward to going on the next retreat as soon as possible! Thank you Himalaya Yoga Valley.

The best yoga school that has a very structured way of teaching that enables student to shape their knowledge and also their career. More importantly, they provide a global perspective that is so much useful in current times. Not to mention the authenticity is maintained a 100% and you will get to learn the true yoga as it should be learnt. I recommend this school any day.

The variety of classes is excellent plus there is the added flexibility of doing workouts in your own time. I really enjoy these yoga classes.

I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and for many of those with Himalaya Yoga Valley, they're great to use especially during lockdown, great workshops and a great variety of classes to choose from seven days a week. You won't regret signing up.

Excellent online yoga classes in a variety of styles to suit all levels of practitioner.
The Teachers give clear instructions and provide modifications. They are all very passionate and encouraging.
Highly recommend.
